After I texted a noise complaint, the B&B supervisor started accusing me of just wanting to complain and threatened to immediately escalate to the booking platform instead of actually addressing the issue. He followed up his accusations by saying he would come over to prove I was lying about the sound even though I sent him a video that clearly showed the sound I was hearing. I stopped responding at this point as suggesting to come over just to argue with me was weird so I put my phone down. But then in a few minutes I heard the front door open and the supervisor was repeatedly banging on my room door and texting me. I remained silent as this was a major safety concern as I did not give him consent to come over and try to enter my room. It was also 10:39PM at night. Then he ignored my silence and started calling me. This was a very disturbing experience. I'm a solo female traveler and I had an angry, accusatory man outside my door, intimidating me into letting him in even though I gave no consent to it. Of course, I wasn't lying and he had no reason to do this as I already sent the video as proof. I thought the other guests were making the noise but it turns out it was coming from outside as there are two ceiling windows that the B&B failed to inform me how to operate until my last night even though I asked them earlier. In addition to this, the room was not even cleaned after the first night I stayed there and even though I repeatedly asked about this, the supervisor kept ignoring this incompetency. He only told me the bed sheets get changed every 2 days, but that wasn't the problem, the problem was that the entire room was not made. This could have been an easy problem for the supervisor to help me with, but instead he chose to be immature and aggressive. If you don't want to be harassed just for addressing your concerns with a property, don't stay here, the hotel staff want to start fights and intimidate you, not solve problems and provide the basic hospitality you paid for.
