For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
House Rules
Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival):
*Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required.
*Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc.
*Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in.
*Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked.
*All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score)
*Any reservation over 25 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, as a flat fee.

-The check-in information and the door code is sent at 4 pm check-in time on the day of check-in once you are all set for your check-in

For the properties with in person check-in (Applies to our units at Belltown Court 2415 2nd Ave Seattle WA 98121) , Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the date of Renter's arrival; a 30-minute window needs to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (unless same day booking)..
B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time.
Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD..
