Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too
Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had
Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland
This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend

Love the location and the shuttle. Very helpful with my mother-in-law getting to and from the parks without having to walk extra. Also great for kids at the end of the night when we are all tired and worn out. Wonderful and helpful staff and both the hotel and shuttle. Many times the driver helped my hubby with the stroller. Rooms were spacious and felt like home.Such a nice place we can't wait to come back in December.

Didn’t specified what time was the check in they keep saying will call when your room is ready .. got there at 11 am and waited for an 1 hour and half and after 2 hours of waiting and calling every 30 min they told me checked in was at 4 pm .. they didn’t give me the wifi passcode or they didn’t give me a sheet with information about the hours of services for food or the amenities of the hotel.

The hotel is near Disney, and the hotel's exclusive shuttle bus can be reached in 5 minutes. The internal facilities are comfortable and tidy, very satisfied.

The hotel is very large, very quiet, and the environment is very beautiful. The back door of the room opens directly into the garden. The room facilities are relatively old, but I still like it here. I have stayed for several days, especially suitable for parents and children. Easy access to Disney, and watching the Disney fireworks show on the grass in the hotel garden was awesome.

Very old building and shuttles, staff not helpful with giving you how to ge to your room, rooms didnt have trash bags, no towels given per day. Not happy with the service for what they charge

First time staying here, it was okay. It has a shuttle to and from Disneyland so that is a bonus. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. Their furniture was a bit dated, I guess because of the theme so I get it. Only 2 things I did not like was the accessibility to outlets to charge phones or battery packs. When you plugged them in they fall right out. Maybe some updates there are really needed. The other thing was the refrigerator was very small, and no microwave to reheat food if you go out to eat and have left overs or little ones who don’t finish their meal. Other hotels around the area that are around the same price offer a bit more. This place was okay but seriously needs a bit of updating for its price they’re asking.
