Hotel was very clean and location was perfect. Just a short walk to disneyland.

Great location to the Disney. You can just walk to there by 15mins or taking Uber(5-8USD)

We found an used syringe needle in the corner behind the sofa chair!! House cleaning did a poor job! It was extremely dangerous especially that I was traveling with 2 little kids!

I moved over to this hotel after a 3-day stay at another location and next year will book the whole week at this location! Close to the parks, close to the Convention Center and a great staff. I loved it! The room was great! We were sad not to have a Disney fireworks view at first but the pool view was tropical, lush and we loved it! Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was packed though due to some filming event. Five minutes walking distance to the Convention Center. From the negative: I used a pool and jacuzzi and both were clean but too much chlorine..

The hotel was very nice with the recent renovations but as their ongoing there was some impact to our stay. Long lines and waits at the elevators no matter the time and the room did not ever cool down with a/c but those weren’t horrible! The room was really pretty, my daughter told the front desk agent it was her first time at Disney so he gave us a high floor overlooking the park. The pool was amazing. There is a bar in that area but it’s only open limited time. The staff at that bar was not as accommodating towards close of their shift but we still enjoyed the pool every morning and evening. The landscape was beautiful and the location was great! We watched the fireworks at Disney from our balcony every night. There was no room service.
