Good location to Disneyland by walk.

gave us a room next to the highway and it was really noisy. location is within walking distance to disney though.

Great location and service!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Disneyland! There are restaurants like McDonald's along the way, and even after leaving the park at midnight, the area is still lively, so safety isn't a concern. The hotel itself is like a mini-park, full of childlike fun! The rooms are in several buildings, and those with balconies are even more comfortable! The beds in the rooms are very large! However, room service isn't daily. We returned to our room at midnight after Disneyland, and it hadn't been cleaned! The shower faucet was slightly broken and kept dripping. Due to language barriers, we didn't contact any staff.

It was conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Disney. The room was clean and we had no problems. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer. Shampoo and treatment were provided, but no body soap. (There were two treatments, so that might have been a mistake.) There was bar soap, so it might be for hand washing as well. The shower has a fixed temperature. The water temperature is different in the middle of the night and in the morning. Even when I turned the temperature up to the maximum in the middle of the night, it was still lukewarm. The front desk staff were also helpful and used a translator to explain any English I didn't understand. I arrived around 8:00 AM, but was able to check in.

I couldn't speak much English, which caused some inconvenience to the front desk staff, but they were happy to help me. The hotel was clean and stylish. We didn't use the heated pool in the winter, but I think it would be fun with children in good weather. We could walk to Disney, and it was nice that they left our luggage there in the morning. There were restaurants and shops nearby, so it was a convenient location.

The location is next to Disneyland, within walking distance. Nearby hotels are basically in the same area, and the distance is about the same. You can also see the fireworks show from the hotel, and there are many places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite large, and they all have small balconies. The hotel is like a small garden, and there is also a water park for children to play. Because there is a highway nearby, the noise is quite loud, there is nothing we can do. Parking fee is acceptable, about 30 after tax. We checked out at 11 o'clock, and they agreed to let us park until 14:00. In addition, the staff service is good.

It's just so-so. You can't park in the hotel parking lot once you check out, even if you pay. But the hotel will give you a coupon. Later I moved to Westin, which is much better than here. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland.

Convenient, very good hotel

The location of the hotel is good, next to Disney, you can walk there. Children also like the hotel's water rides. The hotel room is also big and comfortable.

Booked separately in two days, communicated at the front desk and changed to a unified room type (but not up but down...), the room got to the second floor without an elevator 🛗, you have to lift your luggage up by yourself, and the most embarrassing thing is that there is glass on the roof early in the morning Wake up at six o'clock when the sun rises, you need to wear an eye mask! ...... Children can play in the water world, which is not bad. It is a ten-minute walk from Disney, and there is a place to eat opposite. There is also a small supermarket on the first floor of Building 1 of the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks
