I stayed at this hotel for a long time to meet my friend who has lived in Komatsu Island for 50 years. The service was full, the twin room was not so small, clean and very liked, such as ２ cans of service and can beer for a consecutive night at check-in. Thereafter I have to walk to the machine and insert the card, press a bunch of buttons to be issued the room and room key. So from a customer perspective I’m actually troubled twice, because I need to make 2 stops before actually getting my room. So what’s the point of this check-in machine? Fail to see the benefits of it.
