First of all, it is not a 4-star hotel, at all. Maybe 2 stars, if you are generous. The pictures which the hotel put on this website are false, there were no toileterries, no shampoo, no glasses, no slippers, no chairs, no kettle ...nothing. The safe was locked, couldn't be used. There was no telephone in the room. If you would need something, you should walk to the reception. The faucet in the bathroom was not working. I asked the reception to take care of this, but it was not repaired. Bathroom was smelling a bad odor. TV had only 2 channels, i.e., one turkish news channel and one sport news channel in greek. Breakfast was poor. Very limited number of personell. The receptionist was the same person serving in the restaurant. While he was in the restaurant, there was nobody at the reception.

Aesthetically it is very beautiful, but it is lacking in services. Breakfast is rarely ready at the opening time of 7am, but the waiters are quick to replenish the self-service until 7.30am and beyond. The bar provides sandwiches, salads, and other types of aperitifs with excessively long waiting times. The swimming pool, as often in Greece, is not clean, probably due to a lack of hypochlorite

Η χειρότερη διαμονή που είχα ποτέ. Το μπάνιο άθλιο η λεκάνη είχε διαρροή στο πάτωμα η βρύση έβγαζε σκουριά . Στα κρεβάτια ένιωθες τα ελατήρια . Μύριζε απαίσια. Το φαγητό χάλια, μας σερβιραν μπριζόλες άψητες.
