No hot water in taps, no heating in home, we stayed there for one night… arrived at 10PM checked out at 11AM… did not use the kitchen much, still they charged us 61USD for cleaning.

Wonderful family spot in Anchor Point Captain Cook Lodge is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful building, immaculately decorated and maintained. We were really comfortable with our 3 generations (grandparents, mom and dad, and two littles). Communication with the Johns was great, and we saw moose the last night there!

Has a lot of potential, setting is really nice. We really enjoyed our stay in our cabin. I can see how it would be a good choice for people. The owner is most helpful, the place is clean and is well equipped. For me I would want to be a bit closer to town next time, there were x4 single beds and no double and whilst the lazy boy couch is a cool feature my wife does like to cozy up on an evening. All I am saying here is there may be other cabins with a different set up that may suit your needs better. Otherwise a great cabin and we enjoyed our stay.
