Please note that you are renting the 1st-floor unit, which is located within the 4 bedroom house. You can access the 1st-floor unit via the yard door, and you can assess the deck in the yard and the yard itself. Please note that there is a separate 2nd-floor unit to which you are not allowed for your access. There are guests on the 2nd-floor unit.
