Big dock, it features a great view, a large back lawn with easy access to the lake, 2 large fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, wireless internet, and a charcoal grill.
A Second living area on the lower floor is great games, small meeting, watching TV, or just relaxing on the couch.

Parents weekend
Rented for parents weekend. 20-25 min. From Clemson. Had a great stay! Great View of lake from house and wonderful dock. Host was very accommodating.

Book Club Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Lake Hartwell! Our hostess and team were very conscientious and helpful in taking care of all our needs. Totally recommend this property and this hostess for a lakefront vacation! The house accommodated our group well: we had a dining table around which all of us could gather, and there was sufficient space in the family room for us all to sit and discuss books. Everyone enjoyed the access to the lake - some had fun in the water and some were spectators -- and a great location for conversations and relaxing. The deck overlooking the lake was also a great place to hang out and chat after dinner. Many thanks to Tina for a lovely and memorable stay!

Family get together at the lake
Fantastic stay! Two suggestions: 1. Table or wall mounted lamps in bedrooms. 2. More boat cleats and bumpers on dock. Present spacing probably ok for larger boats, but too far apart for smaller boat like jet ski, I had to improvise on tie downs and add two of my own bumpers to avoid jet ski from being damaged by the exposed steel beams that the deck is built on when large waves came through during stormy weather.

Great Location!
The house was just what we needed for our stay on Hartwell. The bedroom AC unit probably needs replacing. The manager tried to be accommodating, but they really need to just replace it. Otherwise everything was really great!
