One of the best hotels in Andorra, about a 15-minute walk from the bus station—not far, but uphill and quite steep. The hotel's views, exterior, gardens, and pool are all very nice. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The breakfast is also commendable, with a wide variety and even fried dumplings suitable for Chinese palates. The problem was that I found a fly in the bathroom right after entering, which is unheard of in Chinese hotels. More importantly, the staff's attitude towards flies was that they believed they were common here, swarming everywhere due to the good environment. Only after repeated requests did they replace the bathroom towels and linens after exterminating the flies. Finally, the bathroom plumbing was iffy, and water overflowed through the door crack into the toilet bowl while showering. The staff were generally helpful and patient in resolving issues, but some had limited English, making communication a bit challenging.

The hotel is nestled on a small hillside in a beautiful setting. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the complimentary drinking water bottles were lovely. I didn't want to throw them away and took them with me. The bathroom was also huge, with a jacuzzi! The only downside was the lack of curtains on the bathroom window, haha, but I doubt anyone would peek in. It would be worth staying a few more days to properly explore this beautiful city.

有一説一：酒店地理位置和環境，特別的棒！每間房間的陽台都能看到山景！房間絕對夠大，非常的寬敞！裝修還是挺講究的，尤其浴室全部都是花崗巖石材。酒店的工作人員很禮貌很熱情，服務都很好。不足的地方是：浴室牆面上的浴液瓶子和護髮素瓶子，是空的，在我們入住期間一直是空的，工作人員給了我小瓶旅行裝來使用，雖然給了好幾瓶，但是大瓶子裏一直沒有更新，抽紙用也沒有及時更換新的。最後就是客房服務，所有客房服務都要加收7歐元的服務費，但是這個條款沒有醒目的寫在客户須知的那個介紹上面，衹是在夜間客房服務那一欄下面寫了7歐元額外服務費，這個大家一定要注意
