Perfect location! Right by the shopping street and bus station, easy to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend.

HORRIBLE. Literally the worst place I've ever been. The woman at reception was grim and rude. The hotel was dirty. The food was horrible and dated. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Maybe it would be a good experience around Halloween. Good luck.

I think the only good thing was the location. The room was dirty. We were still waiting to get in (check-in is after 2 p.m., which the hotel's website doesn't mention when booking). Then we realized the radiators were turned up to the maximum, generating an unbearable 27°C heat in the room. The family room (4 pax) is fine and quite spacious. The receptionist was very helpful, informing us about the location of all the events taking place in the city.
