Great staff, comfortable bed and plentiful hot water. But the hotel is falling to bits; the corridor carpets have mold from where water gets in and the traffic noise is terrible as the windows no longer fit. WiFi was practically non-existent. Sadly plenty of much better hotels for the same money near by.

Absolutely terrible hotel, would not recommend. Stayed here 7-8 years ago and it was one of the better hotels here. Now it’s just a decaying shell pretending to be a hotel. Looks like they ran out of money and no money is being spent on basic maintenance. Rooms are

Penthouse, definitely would return Great helpful staff. Clean & Comfortable all areas. Especially enjoyed rooftop pool and staff. Good food, slight language confusion at roof top dining, but very accommodating in all areas

Large room, great bed. The property is not well maintained. I had to fix the internet in the room, no hot water, elevator floor was threadbare, the cushions around the pool were old and waren, a guard had to open our door each time as the card keys weren't working, everything looked old and WELL USED... Must have been impressive at one time, no more.
