I booked one of the higher-category rooms — a Premier Deluxe with a jacuzzi and balcony — but unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The shower in the washroom was leaking, there were ants all over the floor from the entrance to the balcony, and even a spider on the wall. The bath shower nozzles were loose and spraying water in different directions.
I paid a higher price mainly for the jacuzzi, but it wasn’t working. I called the reception for housekeeping; the staff came and tried to turn it on but couldn’t. Then he called someone from maintenance, who checked it, but after a while, both of them left and it still wasn’t fixed. I stayed there for two nights but couldn’t use the jacuzzi at all, even though I paid extra for it.

A great central location which is quiet, a well conceived property, just poorly managed
The jacuzzi baths and shower screens are covered in scum, the jacuzzi baths stink of stagnant water "hello legionnaires disease", the elevators etc aren't wiped down for 3 days, that's they lower parts , the upper parts..., your guess is as good as mine
When you upgrade to enjoy a balcony and jacuzzi bath, little details like balcony furniture and a clean bathroom are generally appreciated, though not offered

The bathroom is transparent. Imagine staying there with friends. We can't go shower due to that. I think it's for couples only.🥴🤦♀️

Hotel located in this location of Ansley city. Econo class hotel, with some basic amenities. Hotel management needs to take a lead and ensuring that all aspects of the hotel go above and beyond customers expectations. Clear lack of management presence within the hotel. I frequently saw hotel staff on their phones, when there was clearly work that still needed to be done. For example, basketball hoop in hotel swimming pool must’ve been broken for weeks yet have not been dealt with.
