Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

nice hotel…very near the walking street of Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines…superb swimming-pool, I enjoyed it very much..they provide airport transfer at a very good rate…maybe, the late check-out surcharge (half rate) is a bit pricey, above all if only 4 hours after noon

住過皇后飯店好幾次了，這次讓我感覺到失望，我從8/15-8/18住在201房，算是皇后飯店最高級的房間了！
這次的WiFi，非常的糟糕，明明顯示訊號很好，可是卻無法上網，要不然就是延遲卡住……
希望下次再過去住的時候，可以改善！
要不然，我以後可能就改住central park tower了……

部屋は割と綺麗でしたが、やはりシャワーが弱くフィリピンの他のホテルも同じですが、改善が必要です

It’s my second time stay in this hotel, staff very friendly and support everything I need , room is clean location is good to SM mall and walking street. But if your room face to street there have a club the bass will bother your sleep

部屋は綺麗。プールサイドでゆっくりくつろげるのでお気に入りホテルです。
立地もよく至る所にアクセスが容易。
欠点はバスタブがないこととシャワーの水量が少ないくらいだと思います。
総じて良いホテルです。
