Devera Hotel

Fantastic value for money. Rooms are clean and TV is large with plenty of channels. The rooms are sufficient and clean. The staff are efficient, accommodating, and hospitable. Nice budget rooms and plenty of international Tv channels. The location is great as the jeepney terminal is only a 1 minute walk, so easy access to all of the town!

This was the last hotel I stayed in the night before I left AC. It is what it is for the value. Only like $23 or so. It definitely is the smallest room I've stayed in compared to all of the hotels I stayed. ABC, Eurotel, Clark Imperial, Queens, Grand Central...Very nice and friendly staff. They heated up my food when I asked and also let me store my luggage when I arrived early until check-in

Best hotel room in the $30 price range out of the 6 different hotels we stayed in, and the 7 hotels we visited. Pro: It had a TV with over 100 channels with a clear picture. The only hotel I found so far in Asian region that had both a conforter and a sheet. Nice size room and refigerator. King size bed. Round eating table and a work desk. Two very large mirrors. Extra room card is provicded upon request with a 500 peso deposit. Within easy walking distance of SM Mall and Red-Street (Walking-Street). Con: Bathroom very small. TV a little small for such a big bedroom. Closet is small. Faint noise at night from near by club. In room 403 the TV Wifi connection had to be reset daily by calling the front desk. Did not have this TV router problem in room 408.

This hotel was OK very good management staff very good conveniently located. In very secure area.

Lovely staff and great location. Very simple room with no hot water and poor water pressure.

The hotel postcode took me to the rear of the hotel, bear in mind this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you cannot get into the hotel from there so I had to drive another 5 miles to get to the access road to the hotel. The hotel is ok but could do with a makeover and a bit more signage to get you to your room if you have been allocated a room in one of the other buildings in the hotel grounds.

Location is fantastic. Older hotel requires.a.renovatiom.ok.for a.short stay.
