Very recommendable. They're very friendly, nice and the rooms are so clean.

The room was a bit old and inconvenient. Housekeeping was mediocre, but the bedding was comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and overall, it was good value for money. 😅🏝️😑🏝️

Nice stay. But they could enhance utilities to make it a little less cheap. Mainit sa room. Walang netflix subscription. No free bottled water. Yung Buffet breakfast hindi din sulit. :) Anyways, thank you!

I recently stayed at Hevea Hotel again, and sadly, this visit was completely different from our previous one—and not in a good way. We booked this trip during Holy Week to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but it turned out to be a very disappointing stay. The reception staff were neither pleasant nor accommodating. They didn’t smile and clearly lacked proper customer service training. Unlike before when two key cards were provided, we were only given one this time. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it almost unusable. The elevator was dirty, with visible fingerprints all over the stainless walls. When we reached our floor, there were soiled dishes left by the door and along the hallway. Upon entering the room, we discovered there were no towels available. We were told by the receptionist that all towels were out for laundry, and instead, we were given bathrobes to dry ourselves after showering—which is simply not practical, especially for drying hair. There were also no bath mats, the air conditioning was weak, and bottled water was no longer provided—instead, guests had to get water from a dispenser outside the room. I tried to get a proper explanation from the receptionist, but she said she was new. When I asked for a supervisor or manager, she told me there was none available, which was very frustrating. We went out for dinner and returned past 10 PM, only to find that the soiled dishes were still there, and the hallway had started to smell. We even considered canceling our stay for the next day, but nearby hotels were fully booked. Fortunately, we were able to get towels the next day—but only after we requested them ourselves. There was no initiative from the staff to resolve the issue promptly. Overall, it was a completely messed-up staycation, and we are extremely disappointed with what seems to be new management. The only positive experience was during checkout—Dianne, the receptionist, was polite, welcoming, and greeted us with a genuine smile. She was the only staff member who showed proper hospitality. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning.

The location is in korea town in Angeles which is a bit aside from the center . So if you are looking for quietness this is good. The surrounding has. some cafe and lots of korean restaurants which are delicious. On the cleanlines side it was ok and it could be better. For example there was smelly towel close to the water dispenser which do not encourage to take some water from here. On the service side, it was bad , really bad. Despite asking to have the room clean with clear signalling and even reaching front desk it was done only once in the whole stay. i am disapointed about that and i can not spend my time chasing the staff to do somehow what is expected. Facilities are ok but the hotel is aging. I will not return to that hotel in the future.

The hotel looks clean but they always have some problem to make client pay more. We checked in and there was no towels. I asked the cleaning guy and was given, then the girl who is supposed to put towels arrived and gave 2 because the room is for two; when I checked out, I was being charged for extra towel.. really? It's not my fault that they did not put towels and I requested for one. There should be towels already in the room.. isn't that a policy?!

Price was surprisingly cheap based on the photo and reviews I've read, and learned first hand why. Upon arriving, we were informed that the pool area was closed due to tiles getting dislodge. Not sure if they have opened it now. Hopefully yes, because it was one of the come ons for thus hotel. I rated the cleanliness quite low because of the bed sheets and the bathroom condition. Bed sheets had questionable stains. I had to request for clean sheets and used it to cover the bed. But still the new sheets had stains on it. Towels are a bit old. Bathroom had very dirty tiles with molds. Glass can do cleaning and remove hard water stains. Bidet seat not working well. Over all for the price better stay in another hotel even if it is smaller. It felt more like a budget hotel than initially advertised. Lobby can do better sprucing it up, and they will just do a general cleaning. It has quite the potential, I hope they can do something about it.

Rooms are not maintained. Shower is too dirty. Faucets are damaged. There are clothes left by previous occupants. But room is spacious.

Not a helpful hotel . Made to wait over 1hour for room ordered extra room then when arrived told we couldn't have room . No towels in rooms wouldn't recommend

It's my first time to experience a hotel don't provide any towels and the CR ventilation fan is noisy as well. I will not visit this hotel again.

Generally Bad Service,Not recommended at all. Unpolite staff, unbelievable, no water no towel low maintenance smells bad darks etc. no greetings, they do not treat you as customers not apologetic. everything!
