Room was nice and clean. Except for the pool area. Nangati kami sa tubig.. and ang breakfast nit buffet during our stay..

had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. When I checked in, the room was very dirty you could even see someone had left fake eyelashes behind. There were no towels, and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. It also took a long time to check in, even though I arrived late after dealing with flooding on the way to the hotel. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the stay.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays ever. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The biggest issue, however, was the absolutely appalling customer service. The front desk staff, especially Kathleen and Sheena, were extremely unprofessional. Kathleen even shouted at me over the phone — completely unacceptable behavior for someone in hospitality. We booked the room with breakfast included, but on the first morning, we were told we couldn’t have breakfast because it “didn’t show up in their system.” Despite showing them our booking confirmation, they refused to honor it or provide a refund. I requested a refund for the breakfast we paid for and never received, but they flat-out refused. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests or providing basic courtesy. I do not recommend staying here.

Beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. Swimming pool looked attractive but did not go.

I recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!

Hotel was understaffed by their own admission, waited 2 hours before room was ready for check-in. Room fridge was not working, no room slippers and floor was not exactly dust free. No complementary water. Totally no service at the restaurant, customers were just ignored by waitstaff. Pool users passes thru the restaurant wet and in swimwear. Lobby was full of unattended customers.

Overall nice, we enjoyed our stay. Rags and slippers are the only things missing and maybe utensils too but we will def come back. ,:)

Spacious and clean rooms. They have restaurant in GF where they serve buffet breakfast. Great for it’s price. The only problem is that you can hear other guests passing by the hallway and also guests checked in on top of your room. But overall great stay and recommended.

The AC was not working. The room was very hot. Called the front desk and they didn’t answer the phone. I asked for slippers but they didnt gave any. They only have one housekeeping that night.

They were understaffed. Lots of people are complaining in the lobby for waiting 2 1/2 hrs and more. Standard check-in is 12NN, some arrived later yet still had to wait. No complimentaries, even said that cancelling is allowed but they won't issue a refund, even if it's their issue in the first place. When we checked in, the main door is crooked (so we are unsure of our safety esp since we have kids), there are no bath towels despite telling them thrice. I had to call the lobby 7x and no one was answering the call, so I had to call The Table (restaurant) yet no towels came in. There are no door mats, my kid slipped because the floor is wet and we just had to use our own clothes to dry them out. This is a horrible stay!!! The hotel looks good on the outside but their service and basic amenities are not hotel-worthy! Will never recommend booking here.

It was quite hard to contact them since the phone provided on the app was not updated, it was also hard to find an email address. The location is OK, there is a chapel, an italian restaurant and a cafe right in front of it. The service was slow and their coffee was not as expected in the restaurant. Their breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious. What amazed me the most, was the views from the room.

Kudos to the GM Aries & the rest of the team for quickly correcting mistakes & making sure that my stay is a pleasant one. The hotel is conveniently located in an easy to access part of Angeles City, near to everything you need but quiet enough to provide one with peace & serenity. The staff were friendly, warm & accommodating. The pool is inviting & the atmosphere is great. I’ll book here again for my next visit in Angeles City.

it just takes so much time waiting for requests, but overall, it's a great stay!
