We stayed in Eurotel Hotel everytime we have events/errands in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga because it is accessible to all and it’s across SM City Clark and near the new mall, Clark Cityfront Mall. We will stay here again. 😊

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

No dental hygiene kit provided compared to other branches of red planet. Pillow is too soft, I had neck pain waking up in the morning. Towels had a strong smell of bleaching solution 🤢. The water from the sink faucet has a weak flow. Staffs especially in the front desk are very professional and informative. Very pretty also.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

We celebrated my son's birthday here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nigths, it was the best decision ever because the hotel made my family really special during our stay. Each and every staff of the was very accomodating and polite, they gave lots of treats and even decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner. My son was very happy for all the birthday songs and cakes that he received. At the end of the day he told us this is his birthday ever. Thank you swissotel for making our stay memorable.

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Well the location is good a bit tucked in from the main road. The hotel is a bit run down, need a but of maintenance and care. The most strange thing is that all the rooms dont have windows, so the room feel damp and a bit claustrophobic. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy. They provide water bottles, kettle for hot water in the room. The TV channels were a bit disappointing only 11 channels and two of which were in English ( CNN and Cartoon Network) when asked at the reception they said only these 11 channels were available, and on my last day just before checking OUT, suddenly HBO channels were activated. They have a indoor pool. The Cafe called Perks and Brew, was good, the room comes with breakfast also. WIFI is ok

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

Pros: Decent room size Clean room Decent wifi connection Location is good Some staffs are nice (NOTE: ”some” and that means only 2!) CONS: OKAY LET ME START HERE... So i have checked in late at night around 8pm and the guy who did my checked in was very nice. BUT, other than that there is nothing more to be happy about. Next day for checked out, woman knocked on my door. No good morning or friendly greeting but only told me it is time for check out. I kindly asked for a late check out since i checked in late prior that day but they hesitated and told me I have to pay extra charge and it's TOTALLY fine with me. Also, They don't even offer receipts for extra feed i paid. So I checked out and again asked the old man if they can consider and if i can stay in the room for like 15min something like that while waiting for my service but told me it's already 2pm and they need to clean the room. Lo and behold , the old woman just entered my room and attempted to clean WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT'S ALREADY OKAY TO ENTER THE ROOM OR IF I HAVE VALUABLE THINGS THERE OR IF I AM ALREADY SETTLED! LASTLY NO ONE EVEN HELPED ME OR OFFER HELP TO CARRY MY THINGS. I AM A SOLO GUEST AND FYI i am girl and I HAVE ONE LUGGAGE AND A BIG CONSOLE WITH ME. I guess it's because im a Filipina so i was treated like this because if i am not alone and probably with someone foreign, THEY WILL BE NICER TO ME. lol! The hotel looks like a house BUT the feels? Totally the opposite!
