Appart Hotel Odalys City Angers Centre Gare
"Nice to have a full kitchen when travelling. And the room is super clean and spacious. The only downside is that the hotel is in the quiet side of town that is a 5 minute walk from the area of main action. Other than this, this is a good place to stay"
Hôtel Suzane
"Building seems a bit old but room was clean and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for a 1-night stay."
Appart'City Confort Angers
"Great for a short stay"
Séjours & Affaires Angers Atrium
"The room was nice, with a nice view of the big yard. We had to pay for the parking, which was indoor with easy access to the hotel lobby. The hotel service was good. The girl at the front desk gave us a map of the old town and told us to follow the blueline marked on the ground to see the place. It worked very well."
Novotel Angers Centre Gare
"The hotel is only 200 meters away from the train station, but the sound of the trains is almost inaudible at night. The room was clean and tidy, of a good size, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities."
Mercure Angers Centre de Congrès
"New modern building located in a newer area of the city yet close to the old town. Nice and helpful front desk staff. The room was large, clean, quiet, with all amenities. They have an underground garage."
Ibis Angers Centre Château
"Clean and tidy room but the size is a bit small. The location is quite good with easy access to tram and bus. The breakfast is simple but good."
Novotel Angers Lac de Maine
"Standard facilities of the fast hotel chain, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite the hotel, convenient."
Oceania Hôtel d'Anjou Angers
"Location is good. Good 7/7 restaurant right in the hotel. A little bit tired rooms but overall recommend."

Les Chambres de Mathilde
"This was a nice B&B, location was OK, 16 minute walk from the train station (can also catch public transport) & about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Angers. The room was nicely decorated, (no elivator & a few flights of stairs), clean, bed & pillows comfortable. Bathroom with shower which was clean as well. No air conditioning. The breakfast was a treat, served by the host. We enjoyed our stay & would return when in Angers again."
Grand Hotel de la Gare
"This hotel is where my wife stayed for a month when she came to France to read summer school nearly 20 years ago, so this time I deliberately revisited it. The hotel has been refurbished and the interior is ok, but many facilities are a bit old. For example, the door lock is still an old-fashioned key, the elevator is very small, only two or three people can stand. The room is spacious, but the lighting is a bit insufficient. The location is really invincible, just opposite the train station, it is very convenient to take the train to Paris or other cities, or take the tram to the city. In addition, the restaurant downstairs in the hotel is very recommended, and the bread and pastries in the bakery opposite are also cheap and delicious. In addition, there is a supermarket about 5 minutes away from the hotel, and it is very convenient to buy."
Hotel le Progres
"An excellent hotel in a beautiful city - Angers. I enjoyed my short stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and really well located. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome."
Le Royalty
"Warm and hospitable, the owner communicates patiently, the room is comfortable and clean, there is no floor drain due to cultural reasons, limited water when taking a bath, accidentally flowing outside the bathroom, no harm 😂"
Hôtel du Mail
"Great address !"
Madeleine & Cie
Le Château des Forges
"All looks and some substance -- the architecture and decor is very pretty. The place feels sheltered and secluded despite being close to the city and the highway. There is a heated outdoor pool. Some of the rooms have specific decorative themes. The beds and linen are high quality. The bathrooms are large and also very nice. And yet... as soon as you scratch the surface of "luxury", you run into the reality of not a crumble of food during the day unless pre-ordered the day before, all common areas closing as early as 9:30, an extremely limited range of available drinks, because the place didn't spring for a licence, and the list goes on. The buffet breakfast was delicious, but the pre-ordered dinner was mediocre at best. If you like an overpriced pretty facade to take pictures, go for it. If you want the real deal, it's not here."
Logis Hôtels- Hôtel Marguerite d'Anjou Angers château
"We found the hotel to be all that was advertised and a great value for the price. We were kindly welcomed and quickly handed our key and escorted to our room. We had breakfast both mornings and found it to be just what we needed to get going for the day - especially liked the coffee which was hot and plentiful. Location can't be beat so book with confidence!"
Hotel Iena
"Horrible hotel, the cleaning hadn't been done. I found an open packet of cookies under the bed and a lot of dirt. There was no soundproofing between the rooms. The staff didn't listen. The owner didn't accept my complaints about her hotel; she called me six hours after I left to accuse me of tearing the wallpaper, even though the hotel is dilapidated—the walls, doors, and baseboards are damaged. I was on the fourth floor; there's no elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. No one helped me. Avoid this place immediately; it's disgusting."
Hôtel de France
"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large and clean and had a little balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was very good and the staff was nice and so helpful. I was on a group tour which left from this hotel but booked an extra night in advance for a great rate. Excellent value for money and would stay there again."
CityKamp Angers
"This is a really nice campsite in a great location for families with kids. Onsite was a little cafe where you could buy pizzas and crepes. Also had a little games room with provided board games. The pitches were on the small side but as expected as in a small city. The pool was heated and was a reasonable size with a baby pool. The toilet blocks were clean as were the showers. Lots of mountain biking trails about a five minute cycle away. There was also a lake 5 mins away which you could have a lovely swim in. All in all a great campsite in a great location."
