What a unique find, it really was like stepping back in time, into history. The villa is located immediately off the main piazza of Manziana, entered through a secure gate with private car parking in the villa grounds. The welcome that we received and attention throughout our stay from all of the staff was warm and genuine, the room was tastefully decorated in a classic Italian antique style and the views over the well manicured gardens, and the woods, mountains and lakes beyond were just stunning. Each day started with a substantial Italian style breakfast. The villa is literally a stride from the local shops, a selection of restaurants and the train that operates hourly between Rome and Viterbo. We hope to return in the summer and enjoy your garden and pool! Grazie tutti

We stayed here from 6-13th August and I couldn't adequately describe how amazing it is. There isn't honestly anything negative that I can think of. Leonardo and Charlotte are really helpful and will welcome you with smiles. They never seemed to tire of answering my many queries beforehand. The eleven en-suite rooms are spotlessly clean, large, with lots of storage and the added bonus of air-conditioning. There is flexibility offered with twin beds/cot/double bed options in some rooms and three rooms are situated in an annexe apart from the main house - perfect for noisy guests! The villa is situated in a small town which has bars, pizzerias, a gelateria, and small shops. However it is within very easy reach of the coast (20 mins drive); Lake Bracciano - which also has various beaches and some excellent restaurants - and Rome - the train station is five. mins walk from the villa and takes you straight into Rome. Fuimicino Airport is around 1 hour by car and there are two very reliable taxis available. Catered meals are offered by the villa and we had a celebration birthday lunch which was outstanding and will be remembered forever. The only negative I can think of was that we had to leave!

E' proprio una villa, che ha mantenuto nel tempo - ha una storia secolare - le sue caratteristiche di casa, quindi sembra di andare a trovare la nonna. Noi abbiamo dormito nella dependance, comodissima per il parcheggio (gratuito) ed indipendente dal corpo di fabbrica principale, accessibile con pochi gradini e un ascensore. L'area piscina è bellissima, con un panorama invidiabile. La camera avrebbe bisogno di un po' di vita: concepita per tre o quattro persone, ha una tenda che divide il letto matrimoniale dai divani letto e un arredamento veramente poverino. Il bagno è comodo, ma un po' retrò anche lui. Televisore invisibile dal letto, per quanto è piccolo. Sono presenti phon e frigobar. Per contro, il personale gentilissimo si è prodigato in indicazioni turistiche e nel soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza alla colazione (ricca). L'hotel non ha ristorante e Manziana offre poco, meglio spostarsi sul lago. Prezzo forse un po' altino (120 euro) per un tre stelle.

Location molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli. Camere molto belle e confortevoli. Personale davvero molto molto gentile e disponibile. Bellissima la vista del lago dalla piscina. Perfetto per un weekend all’insegna del relax. Colazione abbondante. Avremmo preferito qualcosa di più artigianale. Merita davvero una sosta. A 10 min in macchina da Bracciano, a circa 30 min da Trevignano. Ottima come base per girare i dintorni
