Grand Madison Hotel Suzhou

The hotel was incredibly clean; the room and bathroom were sparkling clean, with not a speck of dust even in the corners!

The soundproofing is terrible. I can hear the noise of cars on the street, the snoring from next door, and the mopping upstairs. I'm speechless.

The housekeeping staff were very nice and welcoming. However, a girl at the front desk only cared about getting good reviews. Initially, my room was in a corner. She said she'd change my room if I left a good review. Speechless.

The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, it is worth recommending.

Not good. The pillow was tiring to sleep on. I'll try the pillows and bedding at the Hilton; they're not worth the price. It's so deserted.

I stayed another night and have to complain about the hotel company again, regardless of the staff's work quality. Every time I entered the room and inserted my card to turn on the power, the TV would start playing the hotel company's advertisements. The remote control couldn't turn it off, and the power couldn't be cut off; I could only patiently wait for the entire advertisement to finish before it would quiet down. This happened every time I entered the room, which was incredibly annoying! I want to commend the front desk staff again; they were very welcoming, polite, and provided excellent and attentive service.
