The service during this stay warmed my heart! I left my favorite necklace in the room after checking out and returning home. I was so anxious and frustrated, and even tried to contact the hotel, worried I wouldn't be able to find it. Unexpectedly, the staff was incredibly attentive and immediately helped check the room. They quickly confirmed they had found the necklace and even offered to ship it back, saving me an extra trip. The entire communication process was smooth and worry-free. The necklace was meticulously packaged upon receipt, and I could tell they took the guests' small concerns seriously. With such reliable and thoughtful service, I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future and will definitely recommend it to my friends!

I checked into this hotel after a business dinner, expecting it to be just a typical night out, but I was completely captivated by the thoughtful attention to detail from the front desk! It was almost late at night when I finished, and I arrived exhausted to check in. When the staff handed over my room card, they even brought me a glass of warm honey water, gently saying, "You look like you've just finished a business dinner. A little honey water might help." The honey water was warm and delicious, not too sweet. It instantly alleviated much of my stomach discomfort, and even my fatigue. I had only hastily chosen a place to stay, but this thoughtful touch of honey water gave it a homey touch. From check-in to room time, the entire experience was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

The hotel has first-class facilities, clean and elegant rooms, and the front desk lady is friendly and attentive. Free tea is provided. The hotel is on a high floor and quiet. The mattress is soft and easy to sleep in (recommended for those with insomnia). The breakfast is plentiful, with delicious handmade soup and excellent fried noodles. The hotel also offers refreshing summer drinks. There's a supermarket nearby, perfect for daily necessities and snacks. The noodles are delicious. The hotel parking lot is spacious, and the hallways are elegantly decorated.

The service is excellent, the room is first-rate, clean and sanitary, the electric curtains are great for blackouts, the room is very quiet, I slept through the night, it was very comfortable, and there are many types of breakfast.

Having stayed at the Landis Hotel before, I booked it when I saw it here. The experience was excellent, with a large room and convenient voice control. The front desk and security were helpful in helping me buy Fuliji roast chicken nearby. 😁 The breakfast was also good, and the coffee machine was brand new, which was great.👍
