Atour Hotel on Yinheliu 4th Road, Suzhou Wanda Plaza

Atour is usually my first choice for business trips, but this new branch was quite disappointing. First off, the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. Lying in bed at night, you can clearly hear the sounds from next door, especially snoring. I ended up falling asleep to the sound of my neighbor snoring in the middle of the night. Secondly, the hotel's outdoor soundproofing is even worse. On a weekend morning, the municipal workers started mowing the lawn outside, and the soundproofing of the room windows was practically nonexistent; I could hear everything clearly. My phone even measured over 60 decibels. After communicating with the hotel management, they refused to let me switch to a room on the back side where I wouldn't hear the mowing. Later, I had to call and ask for earplugs. All in all, as a hotel, it failed to provide the basic guarantee of a good night's sleep. Two stars.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I checked out several days ago, but I still couldn't help but give it a good review! The reason I say this is because the experience I had staying at this hotel was exceptionally good. The first thing was the laundry service. I was exhausted from work, so I asked if ironing was possible. I thought it would be a hassle, but the staff immediately agreed. Every piece of clothing was neatly ironed and delivered to my room. The second thing was the restaurant. I mentioned I had to work and leave early in the morning, and the restaurant wasn't open yet. To my surprise, the staff packed me eggs and milk. I didn't expect them to remember my casual mention! Atour's service is truly amazing, and most importantly, this thoughtful and heartwarming gesture is truly touching. So, this Atour hotel in Suzhou will be my first choice in the future!

I was on a road trip and happened to be stopping for a night in Suzhou. After a long debate, I finally decided on this hotel. It's very new and the quality is impeccable! The room is spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The pillows are also from Atour Planet. The breakfast has a wide variety, including local specialties. There's a Wanda Plaza nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping.

The most surprising part is the hotel's breakfast! The variety is so rich that it is dazzling, from Chinese hot food, freshly cooked noodles to Western bread, cold cuts, and even local specialties, each one is carefully prepared. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is comparable to that of professional restaurants, especially the freshly made egg rolls and hand-baked desserts, which are simply unforgettable.

It feels pretty good. The bedding feels neat, the floor is clean, and even the corners are spotless. It can be seen that the cleaning is very meticulous. The details are very attentive: there are many pillows of different specifications to choose from, there are plenty of charging sockets, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. I don't want to move to another place after staying for a few days.
