The service was incredibly attentive, and the staff were really enthusiastic. They even gave us a free room upgrade! The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. It's a lifesaver for EV owners, with charging available overnight for just 0.53 yuan per kilowatt-hour. Amazing value for money, highly recommend!

The Wi-Fi in the room of this four-star hotel was unusable; it only connected to the neighbor's Wi-Fi. The TV also couldn't be cast via QR code, supposedly because it wasn't supported. The room was small, and the soundproofing was terrible – you could hear a baby crying, couples playing, and elders talking. The location was remote; all you could see from the room was a solar panel (the unfinished building on the left wasn't even in the photo). However, the service was good, and the cleaning was adequate. Overall, the hotel's facilities really didn't look like a four-star hotel.

I specifically emphasized to the front desk upon check-in that I needed a quiet room so I could get a good rest. The front desk deliberately concealed this from me, completely refusing to inform me about the construction work next door that morning. Since they couldn't meet my quiet requirement, and couldn't upgrade or change rooms, they could have simply informed me beforehand. I could have chosen another hotel instead of being taken advantage of. As a result, before 8 a.m., they started hammering away at the wall next door with an electric hammer, creating deafening noise that woke me up completely, making it impossible to sleep or rest. Knowing about the construction but failing to inform me beforehand, ignoring my needs, their service was extremely irresponsible and dishonest. The experience was terrible, and I will definitely not stay here again. I also advise everyone to choose carefully!

前台接待非常到位, 説話好聽面帶微笑。房間很乾凈，智能化聲控。還有健身房，特別是像我這樣連續出差的人，洗衣房乾淨方便還有天台可以晾曬，確實很人性化。

本來住別的酒店的，轉到這家，看了點評感覺還不錯就過來了，確實房間服務都不錯，前台非常熱情細心解答，衞生可以，整體不錯，很不錯的體驗。

每次出差路過都選擇這家酒店，酒店的服務從入住體驗到房間的設施到服務都必須點贊[強]，讓人賓至如歸的感覺，出差首選，強烈打卡！！！

出差路過附近，下了高速導航就過來了，離高速路口很近，方便，酒店設施很好，前台服務很周到，門口就是充電樁，對電車非常友好，晚上充電0.53元／度，服務衞生很好，不枉此行👍 下次會再來☺️
