怡康賓館整體呈現現代簡約風格，原木色與純白色的搭配視覺上非常清爽乾淨，給人一種舒適的居家感。 房間設施方面，硬件維護得很好。純白的床品平整無褶皺，房間採光極佳，透過大窗户能看到不錯的城市景觀。進門處設有原木儲物櫃，燒水壺、礦泉水等用品一應俱全；開放式衣櫃和床頭嵌入式控制面板的設計很現代實用。衞浴空間同樣出色，灰色紋理瓷磚搭配圓形鏡面，乾濕分離的玻璃隔斷讓空間顯得通透且沒有壓抑感，毛巾潔白如新，整體衞生標準極高。 總的來説，這是一家極其適合商務出行或注重衞生與性價比的旅客入住。

帶孩子中考住了三晚的真實感受，整個賓館從前台到經理再到客房保潔所有人員服務態度和藹友善，服務細緻周到，房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒適，生活便利，飲食出行方便，出差、旅行、考試推薦入住怡康賓館。

差不多是醫院療養的對外住宿包間，適合臨時中轉住一晚。比較新，所以衞生還可以，衞生間空間大，衞生還可以，洗澡水量也蠻大。
