Vienna Classic Hotel (Suzhou Baima Mall)

The hotel was clean and hygienic! The service was warm and welcoming! Breakfast included wontons, noodles, and pancakes! Very good, great value for money! Parking was also convenient! Highly recommended!

I've always lived in Vienna and really like the decor here. The parking lot is huge and convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the price is great. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, there's a park nearby, and the hotel also has a laundry room and gym, all free of charge. The service was very warm and welcoming; they didn't give us a bad room just because it was cheap. A very comfortable stay.

The room was a bit old, but overall it was still okay. The breakfast was alright. Overall, it was worth the price and offered good value for money, which is quite good, especially considering it's a decent option in Suzhou.

I chose this hotel because it was close by, and it was very clean. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was very satisfied with the hygiene. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also very welcoming and quickly helped resolve any issues we had. Our training group had meals provided by the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the food; there was a different meal every day. After several days of training, I'm very grateful to the hotel staff; their service was truly excellent, and my stay was extremely satisfactory.

Their breakfast soup was quite good and delicious. The receptionist was also very helpful and responsive, and enthusiastically introduced local tourist attractions and dining options. The room was also very clean and hygienic. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.
