房間的話，衞生間很擠，佈局不合理。門卡跟退房時間還不一致，12點退房，10點門卡就不允許使用，完全就是很神奇的操作，自己酒店特殊，在辦理入住的時候不應該提前説清楚嗎？也不至於讓客人在門外被關着。門卡打不開，通過平台給前台酒店打電話，還説因為我是通過平台打的電話直接給我掛了，那請問你們把我關在酒店外面，我難道通過酒店裡邊的電話給前台打電話嗎？什麼腦回路和邏輯呀，把我關在門外半小時，沒有任何歉意，我下去刷卡的時候還有一種冷冰冰的話，問我退不退房，然後我説退房之後表示給我十分鐘時間，趕緊把東西收拾好，在12點前退房。我請問呢？我被關在酒店房門口半小時你不道歉嗎？延遲退房這種最基本該拿出來的態度知道嗎？雖然説我也用不上，但是這是你要擺出來的態度啊。完全沒有任何的服務售後和彌補的態度。
