Self-driving tour, settled in Suzhou. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the hotel is very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a good location and has an underground parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving parking. There was a strong smell as soon as I entered the room, so I quickly opened the window and door to ventilate it. There was also a strange smell on the pillow. I didn't notice it until I went to bed late, so I tolerated it and didn't go to the front desk to deal with it. The curtains are not tightly drawn. There is a button to automatically open and close the curtains, but it does not work. The breakfast is average, there is no freshly cooked food, and there are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat well. The service was good. I called the front desk and asked for two bottles of water, and a waiter was sent to the room immediately.

The newly opened rooms are full of garbage and all the garbage is confiscated. It’s disgusting to think about it🤢

I was passing by, but the weather was bad. Fortunately, the room was very good, and the lady at the front desk was also great. I was given a breakfast coupon and upgraded to a room type. It was a very satisfying stay.

I stayed in several hotels around here, and the service at Lavande was the best. The hotel facilities are also very good, with good details. The only downside is that the noise from cars driving along the road is quite loud.

設施：和價格對比一下的話，這個設施真的是完美了！除了基本的一次性用品外，還有一次性馬桶套～很多朋友覺得這是基本的，但是拜託，大家看看價格吧，真的超級划算！而且酒店很大方的，基本上缺啥一個電話那是哐哐給啊！當然得它有…比如小朋友的一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋就沒有，但是可以多發一套大人的～帶小朋友的話建議自備，我們就是自己帶的。再説一下，小冰箱製冷也夠用的，我們是住了好幾天，買的東西放小冰箱很好。 衞生：每天都見工作人員做衞生，框框拖地，認真收拾，而且哪兒不滿意咱直接説，人家立刻給你整改，特別好。執行力這一塊兒沒的説。 環境：房間空間挺大的，我們有一間是無窗的，甚至感覺空間比有窗的更大。挺合理的。 服務：很好，沒廢話，溝通順暢，能理解住客訴求從而解決問題而不是一味強調啥啥規定。 總之：性價比之王，必須好評！！
