本人3.27訂了該酒店房間，3.28早晨7點15左右，房間門被該酒店保安無故刷開！如果當時我沒上門鏈，沒用凳子擋住門，該保安就直接刷門進來了！我趕緊穿上衣服開門對峙，發現正對房門有監控。問保潔，保潔不知道誰開的門，要求保潔找經理來，保潔説經理沒上班，並跟我道歉，我拒絕（不是她的錯），表示經理不來，我就報警。過了大約十分鐘。保安敲門表示剛剛是他開錯門，以為是我這個房間退房，在我表示質疑之後，保安對不起對不起之後，見我沉默（我並不滿意），就走了。事後該酒店沒有任何處理措施，可能因為我要考試沒報警就覺得沒啥問題是吧？
