New, clean hotel. Very nice staff. We faced a small problem, but it was solved quickly in a very kind and professional way by the friendly ladies at the reception. They also offer very nice and.affordable coffee and the breakfast has a lot of options. The rooms clean and spacious and offer everything you need. We will stay again here at our next trip to Suzhou. The room is spacious and ok, with luxury building material but looks a little old. Beeakfast is standard Chinese breakfast.

Hotel is practically new. The rooms are great and very modern. I loved the switch-operated curtains. The smart TV was huge. I was very surprised at the quality for such a low price. The hotel is a little out of the way but located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

Hotel price is reasonable, if you have own car it will be more convenient. At first they said foreigners not allowed later we showed them new police so they’re happy to offer place and said thank you. There’s no elevator and breakfast service. Basic amenities were available.

Like all Vienna hotels, this is clean, nice and with a good sized room. The hotel is in a very nice spot with a large pedestrian street that has lots of restaurants just behind it. This can get noisy, but it does provide easy access to shops and restaurants.
