Lovely room with a large terrace out the back in the sun. Very attentive staff and clean rooms. Food was really great, and definitely book the restaurants for a more exclusive feel. Really great value for money. Everything was very clean including the pools. Could always get a seat round the pool and the beach (early may travel).

We moved to this hotel after staying 3 days in the Minos Imperial luxury beach resort which was hell on earth, the previous hotel should of been 5 star luxury but this hotel the Mitsis super exceeds it hands down on every level, cleanliness, facilities, service, quality and choice if food, location absolutely in every way. Highly recommend the Mitsis group they definitely go above and beyond. Stay here you won’t be disappointed

This hotel made our holiday - it is an incredible place. It's very clean and well kept, the rooms are a good size and have everything you could need in them. The cleaners come and restock the fridges every other day which is great and towels etc are refreshed everyday. The staff there couldn't have been friendlier, always on hand to talk to you or play a game or two in the recreational area. The ladies who run the on site shops were so kind and helpful. They were definitely favourites of ours, always going out of their way to help us anyway they could. The waiters and barstaff again were incredibly friendly and creative with drinks. Popi at the pool bar was so lovely and kind. The pools are so much fun, with something for everyone and the beach is gorgeous, it's a more rocky beach than sandy, but that was perfect for us. Honestly everything about our stay was perfect. My one and only gripe would be that I have a nut allergy, and found frequently the restaurant hadn't labelled the foods and there was a lot of cross contamination. Luckily I'm not severely allergic so whilst it gave me some mild reactions, it wasn't too severe. But that would be my one and only "issue", it didn't take anything away from the hotel for us though.

We spent one week in a very nice room with sea view (wonderful sunrises and sunsets directly into the sea!) The structure welcomes lots of people but you do not feel it.. All in all it was a very nice stay. We absolutely recommend it! A family with baby from italy

We had an amazing time at Mitsis Cretan Village! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true getaway. There’s plenty to do for all ages, whether you want to relax by the pool, join in the activities, or explore the surroundings. The all-inclusive package is fantastic – delicious meals, tasty drinks, and everything you could possibly need throughout the day. The food was varied and of great quality, with fresh options and something for everyone. The drinks were excellent too – refreshing cocktails, local wines, and more, all included and served with a smile. The only downside was that the rooms were quite noisy. You could clearly hear your neighbors from the sides and even from above. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. However, what truly made this vacation stand out was the incredible service – especially from Nagy. He went above and beyond in every interaction. Warm, genuinely friendly, always smiling, and full of great stories – he made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. His kindness and enthusiasm created such a positive atmosphere, and he really took the time to connect with everyone. Because of Nagy alone, we would happily return. He elevated our entire stay from a good holiday to an unforgettable one. If every resort had a Nagy, traveling would be a dream. He is the heart of Mitsis Cretan Village, a true gem. Thank you, Nagy, for making our time in Crete so special!

We were truly enjoying our holiday in Mitsis Cretan Village, staff was very helpful and friendly, incredible views and amazing swimming pools so many of them in resort we found last two on very last days of our holiday, we were enjoying selection of food drinks and snacks, crepe and pizza stations were wonderful and opened till late afternoon, you can dine in buffet throughout a night as well and get drinks until 1am :) they have beer, wine and soft/fizzy drinks dispensers in few locations plus bottled water for everyone to take, there are shops on site so you can get gifts and snacks, we ended up with sickness bug on our last day along with other guests and hotel arranged for a medical staff to come and discuss, they took us to local medical centre for a treatment as well travel insurance came very handy this time! We would definitely recommend hotel lots of fun in the evenings beach is so close and you can hire jet boats etc lovely place to go to :) hotel can help with arranging train trips or booking taxis too so we ended up visiting Heraklion Hersonissos and local aquarium too

The rooms are beautiful, very well located and extremely clean. Magda and Vasso at the pool bar were fantastic Dimitri the porter helped us all the time Reception were always on hand to help when asked The hotel is in a great location and only costs 10 euros in to the nearest town by taxi. Next door you can use the facilities at the Mitsis royal mare for spa

Lovely May half term family break. Family room was a good size and clean. Variety of food options including delicious crepes and pizza at snack bar. Lots of pool options and sun loungers readily available. Wonderful friendly staff, thank you!
