Facilities: This is a point deduction item. The air conditioner took three repairs before it was repaired, and it leaked for three days. I laid out several towels in the middle of the night and my suitcase got wet. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, cleaned every day, but some swimming pools feel like they have just been painted, and swimsuits will stick to the body, and it will be difficult to wash off if they stick to the soles of the feet. We had the pleasure of visiting the Knossos Palace in June last year. Tickets can be purchased from the booth or online. Also if your group is coming without a guide you can wait at the guides bench and one available guide from the museum can take your group. The circuit is well defined for a self paced and the visit is well worth the money if you want to immerse into the Minoian history and Greek mythology

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic beach hotel. Living in a villa with our own pool made the experience extra special. The service was great, and the food was consistently fantastic across all the restaurants.
