Very nice atmosphere Nice and rich breakfast Place to be calm and rest and relax with family Rooms are super Arround a lot of stores Near by a big city I like and this is the second time for me here Geografic place is very super You have everything in the room to make your own food

My wife and I paid a bit more for a one bedroom apartment to have a little more space even though yhe double room We were shown was lovely and possibly more recently renovated Anyway we were delighted with our accommodation which had 2 balconies, a kitchen area with fridge and micro cooker which we never used The apartment was spotlessly clean ,with excellent daily housekeeping The bed and sofa were really comfortable and a nice bathroom Particularly good was the buffet breakfast each morning with good choice,and variety of hot and cold dishes with great waiting staff All the staff were really nice and friendly from reception to the landscape people who keep the grounds really well maintained Congratulations and thank you to all It takes about 30 minutes very pleasant walk into Hersonissos passing a number of hotels,and restaurants There are similar heading in the other direction There's also a nearby bus stop with a daily bus to Heraklion and another daily bus to Aghios Nikolaos We are considering coming back at the sane time next year as we enjoyed it so much

All the staff was warm and genuine, the owner around regularly too :) very good value over all, comfortable stay.

Hotel Anna Maria Village was recommended to us by our friends. We liked everything very much. Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the Greek-style garden. The owner and all hotel staff were very nice, helpful and polite. Every day the rooms are cleaned, beds are made and towels are changed if necessary. The meals were tasty and varied. The nearest charming beach was only a few minutes' walk away. On site you can use the services of an local travel agent who has a huge offer of various attractive forms of recreation. We took advantage of the GO CRETE SAFARI trip, a LAND ROVER trip to the mountains, and a other day boat trip to the lepers island of Spinalonga. Departures, of course, from the hotel. WI-FI working very well every where. We are sincerely pleased that we chose this hotel. All the best for these business.

Everything was perfect! The food was very good, the restaurant quiet and chill, also at the pool was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff respectful and nice. We had a really great time there. The beach at 10 min very clean and beautiful. I recommend visiting all the area.

Really recommend this place. For the price we got it lets say it was more than perfect. Nice environment, clean room, friendly staff. The only thing about food, there were no pancakes or waffles for children in the morning during 7 days of staying. Could be better breakfast. The location not far away from Chersonisos, you can walk by the sea to the city so you dont feel the distance with such a wonderful view. There are quite a few public beach places not far away from the hotel.

We came to the hotel early in the morning, and we have been told that there are no free rooms and we will stay in other hotel for one night..after some discussion, we had to stay in one appartment with another couple :) appartment was liek a villa, with private pool, so it was not so bad. About the food - almost same food every day, just water to drink in the evening, and some powder juice in the morning. Stuff is counting your food, and looks unhappy if You go for some food second or third time. If You are coming at the end of the dinner/breakfast - the choice of the food is even smaller. The location is really bad, long walk to the closest city. We got a room the next day, it was ok room, but later we realised ants everywhere in the room, we woke up at the night few times because the ants were bitting us. Will never choose same hotel again.

I higly recommend Anna Maria Village. We visited the hotel in May for our wedding, we stayed there one week. The hotel is located in Hersonissos, about 30mins by car from Heraklion. The rooms are really nice, cleaned shiny everyday. We had there breakfasts and dinners as well. Everyday there was a big variety of food, which was delicious and a way better from the others hotels which we have visited. Especially on the dinner, which in my opinion is worth to take as you stay there. You can try the greek food and also seafood.There were always several main dishes to choose, some sweets, fruits and other. The service was really great, starting from the barman and finishing with the waitresses. The view from the hotel rooms is nice. There is the swimming pool available as well and the hotel is located only about 10mins by feet from the seaside. The nature which is surrounding the property is beautiful with many flowers. Late check in is not a problem - you just need to let the owner know about it. The hotel is being managed by an amazing family, who can help you with everything what is needed. Manolis did everything for us to have a comfortable holiday and made us feel that we are friends from a long time. Thank you once again for everything! Ευχαριστώ πολύ, όλη περάσαμε πολύ ωραία! 😊

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. Here are some positives/negatives: Positive: calm and cozy hotel; nice pool; room cleaning everyday; friendly staff; everyone speak english; amazing food; 5 min from very beautiful beach; near hotel a few super markets, restaurants, car rent and excursion offises; we had a late flight and they letted us to keep our room as long as we need without any fee. A little negative: old room and air conditionair above the bed. In general, really redommend it, we had an amazing holiday. For car rent - don’t rent a car from office next to hotel, there is another ofice that is cheaper and 5 mins from the hotel. Beach - for two people cost 10 eur/day.
