The service was incredibly warm and proactive; they even upgraded our room, offering expansive views and fresh air. A special shout-out to their newly launched local chicken hotpot – it was fresh, delicious, and they even use their own homegrown vegetables. We couldn't get enough of it! The front desk staff was also attentive and charming. I didn't take many photos of the hotel itself, but I did snap some lovely shots of the friendly and beautiful stray cats near the temple nearby.

The room environment is great, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The afternoon tea experience at Hotel Ann was delightful. Enjoying the exquisite pastries and teas in such a tranquil setting was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the service is attentive, making it a place you just don't want to leave. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year to create more wonderful memories.

Due to the rain, we changed our plans and headed straight to the hotel in the morning. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade and early check-in. The tea-making experience by the fire pit and the welcome fruit were lovely, and the hotel breakfast was also great. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We took the kids to escape to the mountains of Anji for an undisturbed summer vacation. No homework, just fun! The children were delighted and completely relaxed! The hotel lobby is a bit small, and during peak check-in times, it can be difficult to find seats. However, the hotel staff said the hotel is still under construction, so there's nothing that can be done at the moment. The rooms are quite large and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the curtains and bathroom mats in the private hot spring room were moldy, which needs improvement. The room didn't have a refrigerator (you can leave it with the butler to put in the hotel's large refrigerator and have them bring it when needed), but this is especially inconvenient in the summer. Our room, 2102, didn't have a full-length mirror; I really hope the hotel can provide one to improve guest satisfaction. The hotel pool is a popular spot, especially photogenic at sunset. They play music in the evenings, and soaking in the water helps you forget all your worries. One of the lobby staff members was impatient, but the bespectacled young man and woman at check-in were very patient with us and even let us add the hotel on WeChat. The shuttle bus driver, a slender man, was very enthusiastic and a skilled driver, navigating even steep slopes with great stability. In contrast, a chubby driver couldn't make it down the slope and had to make us walk. It was quite tiring for me with three children. During busy periods, the shuttle bus wait can be long, and only one shuttle bus operates throughout the entire hotel. When we were able to walk, it was quite comfortable with the kids. Unfortunately, we were staying in Building 2 at the bottom of the slope, which was awkward 😅. My two-year-old fell and scraped his knees due to the steepness of the slope. Travelers with young children must be extra careful. The summer worker at the hotel restaurant, a girl with glasses, was very impressive. She was friendly and efficient. She worked diligently every day during breakfast time during our three-night stay. Breakfast was average, but filling. The side dishes at the restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced, making it convenient to eat without leaving the hotel. On our last day, during check-out, we encountered a typhoon. The hotel's housekeeping manager, a petite woman named Tang, helped us with our luggage and held an umbrella for us; she was soaked to the bone. During our conversation, she said, "Since you've chosen this industry, you have to do your best." On the last day, I ran into Supervisor Tang, who gave me a positive review of the hotel. Some people are still very kind. I hope to continue improving and do better and better! Thank you for your care these past few days.

The description said it was newly built in 2025, so I assumed the facilities would be newer and cleaner, but that wasn't necessarily the case. First, the room walls didn't have a one-meter-long edging like in hotels, resulting in many scratches and an unclean appearance. The silicone bathroom fixtures were moldy. Also, there was only one table, making it inconvenient to put suitcases and backpacks on small chairs or the bed. There's an outdoor pool, not very large, but it wasn't crowded during the day. The hotel lobby is small, and the breakfast selection is limited. It feels quite different from a hotel or resort, with little to explore… more like a guesthouse. However, there is housekeeping, a shuttle bus, and a Tmall Genie for opening curtains and turning on the TV.

Pros: Great environment with a wide view, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Cons: No mini-fridge in the room, inconvenient bathroom lack of storage for clothes and towels, no bathrobes in the closet making it inconvenient to go to the pool (the pool is in the building on the hilltop), and the complimentary fishing gear included in the live stream package is no longer available.

The hotel rooms are quite new, the breakfast is excellent, and there's a vegetable garden right outside the hotel where you can pick fresh vegetables. They also offer delicious bamboo forest chicken hot pot. The staff are friendly, and there are electric carts available to take you to your room and the hot springs.

Arriving at Anji Jiucui Bay Jinglan Resort Hotel by car, surrounded by green mountains, bamboo forests, and tea plantations, we checked in at Building 3 (Tingzhulou). The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, with a small round table, two chairs, and a large 1.35-meter twin bed. The view from the window was lovely, making it a perfect place for relaxation. The hotel provided afternoon tea, featuring roasted potatoes, corn, and tomatoes, along with brewed white tea with milk and a plate of dried fruit. The dining environment was also very pleasant. There were green vegetables growing nearby, a fishpond, and a hot spring pool for soaking in. The breakfast was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options, including milk, bread, fried dough sticks, butter, jam, soy milk, coffee, and yogurt. The local free-range eggs were delicious, and the steamed buns, steamed cakes, and various vegetables were very tasty. This is a quiet and beautiful place, perfect for a family getaway. I would definitely come back again.
