Courtyard by Marriott Anji

I booked the room for my supervisor, and they were satisfied with it. It's very close to the company and convenient to get to. The hotel is a bit dated, but the service is excellent. Special thanks to Manager Ma for helping my supervisor out of a tight spot. Thumbs up! We will definitely stay here again on the next business trip.

The room was very clean. Whatever I needed, I just called the front desk and it was delivered quickly. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was very nice; she helped me with my luggage and was always ready to assist with anything I asked for!

My friends and I planned a canyoning trip to Longwang Mountain in Anji for the weekend, staying two nights at the Courtyard by Marriott Anji. The hotel is located in Anji city center, making dining and entertainment very convenient, though it's a bit far from the Longwang Mountain scenic area (negligible if you're driving). During check-in, the Front Office Duty Manager, Cindy Zhou, welcomed us warmly and even upgraded our room to a panoramic king room 👍. Throughout our stay, Cindy and her colleagues provided thoughtful and meticulous service, on par with five-star hotels. My friends were full of praise, and when we come back to Anji next summer for water activities, the Courtyard by Marriott will be our only choice!

The hotel stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and immediately resolved any issues I had, even offering some discounts. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

The room's design is quite clever, with a small balcony carved out of what would otherwise be a tricky corner. A thoughtful touch was the clothesline in the bathroom. The room itself is spacious, and even with two single beds, they're large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The hotel's location in the town center is a definite advantage, as it's very close to the Natural History Museum and Baicaoyuan.

The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness and service are excellent. We stayed with two adults and two children, and upon check-in, the duty manager, Xiao Zhou, arranged a comfortable room for us, provided extra toiletries, and recommended nearby attractions and restaurants. She was truly dedicated, thoughtful, and warm. Highly recommended!

Compared to other Marriott brands, Courtyard is a bit simpler, as expected. Overall, it's a decent business hotel – no surprises, no disappointments. However, the underground parking is a nightmare. It's all mechanical parking, and the lighting is terrible. A new driver like me almost blew out a tire! I ended up moving my car to a surface spot right by the entrance.

I had a package delivered to the hotel in advance and thankfully, Anna reminded me about it when I checked in. Her service was excellent! The front desk staff even helped bring my luggage to the room.
