The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Further more the western restaurant was closed. Make that information available. The other restaurant was not very good. Im a professional traveler over Europe Africa Middle East and all over Asia

What a wonderful place! We came from Shanghai to have a quiet getaway the hotel exceeded all expectations: clean, green, quiet. So quiet!!! You can only hear frogs and ducks. We stayed in the little round hut for 3 nights and it was worth every penny. In 3 days we never left the hotel territory, there aren’t many rooms, but the territory is quite big and you can do pretty much anything - hike tea terraces, do yoga or taichi, play mahjong, chill by the pool. That’s pretty much all we did - stay by the pool, read books, listen to the frogs and ducks. I can’t describe how pleased I was with the pool and top of the cherry - it was just the two of us, so many nice pictures. The food in the restaurant is delicious, lots of local food, portions are huge! I think the big bowl of noodles is enough to feed 6. Breakfast is quite simple and tasty - dumplings, baozi, porridge, cereal, toast, some seasonal veggies. As a bonus good coffee! I would like to thank the staff and hotel management for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I would love to come back in a different season to see how the scenery changes and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to escape the city for a bit.

When you arrive at the hotel, there will be someone to carry your luggage. After checking in, a waiter will carry your luggage and take you to the room. , you don’t have to go out during your stay of 2 nights and 3 days. You can have all the food, drinks and entertainment at the resort, soak in hot springs, play table tennis, play games, visit the Tea Expo, taste white tea, and have all three meals at the Shuixieju Chinese Restaurant in the hotel, with a sumptuous breakfast. After eating well, you can get free fish food at the front desk, feed fish, ducks, and swans, and you can also extend the hiking trails and stroll among the tea mountains and bamboo forests... Checked in at around 10pm on Friday night, and the butler Lily's attentive service throughout the entire stay was really great! 👏👏The lake view room is large and has a wide view. Mom thought she brought a 30-inch suitcase with all the baby supplies, but it turns out she forgot her baby’s shower gel. Surprisingly, children's toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel) were provided that night, in very cute packaging. There is a coffee shop not far from the hotel. Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

When I checked in, I asked if I could have an extra bed. The lady who checked in directly upgraded me to a parent-child room, which was great! The next morning I took a walk and the air was really fresh. It was a pity that my child was not feeling well and did not go to the hot springs. Breakfast is average, not much variety. It’s not very convenient to eat. You can’t even order takeout. You can only go to the county town. It takes about 20 minutes to drive there. The room is okay, but the bath water is not very hot.

If you haven't eaten it, you can experience it. The price is relatively expensive. A meat dish is basically around 150, and a vegetarian dish is basically 200. There are local dishes within five kilometers nearby, and they are not expensive. Five big and two small are about 500. For breakfast, the homestay is relatively simple. White porridge, soy milk, eggs, corn, one deep-fried dough stick and one dried plum cake per person. The rooms on the first floor are small in size but have a round bathtub. The rooms on the second floor are large but the bathtub is small. A few suggestions for the upcoming occupancy: sleep Close the window, otherwise the air conditioner will be a bit loud (maybe the location of my room is wrong) and then you have to plug in the mosquito killer as soon as you arrive! (Provided in the homestay) I plugged it in before going to bed, and I was woken up several times by being bitten in the middle of the night. The mosquitoes over there are really big and poisonous. The overall price/performance ratio is still acceptable

I was looking for a homestay where I can climb mountains and soak in hot springs. I searched online for a long time. I found this one. I read the reviews with mixed reviews. I was actually apprehensive before checking in. However, the truth is that there are always surprises. The B&B occupies a large area nearby. The entrance is a spacious courtyard, and the interior decoration is quite artistic. It used to be a root carving art gallery, which was later transferred to the locals as a B&B. The owner has another business, and the homestay is just a sideline. But the decoration materials are all branded products, the room layout is spacious and reasonable, TOTO bathroom, smart toilet, and chandeliers are also very design. In particular, the store turned on the floor heating + air conditioner in advance to make the check-in experience more warm. There are mahjong rooms, calligraphy experience, trampoline, swimming pool and hot spring outside. The hot spring is surrounded by glass on three sides, heated by mountain spring water, surrounded by stones, and built with a pergola, there is still a sense of atmosphere. But when we went, the temperature was too low and the water temperature was not hot enough, so we didn't go down to experience it. The hotel has a lot of room types to choose from. The room facing the back mountain has a particularly beautiful view. The room facing the street is soundproofed with soundproof glass, so that I, a poor sleeper, can sleep peacefully. If you want to talk about the shortcomings of this restaurant, the breakfast is too simple, almost the same every day, with 7-8 varieties, but you can still eat enough without demanding. There is a fixed menu for dinner, which needs to be booked in advance. The food is delicious and the price is slightly higher. There is a rafting spot near the homestay. I am satisfied with my stay at Ding ShangYi hotel. The most important is that i felt very comfortable while being on an escape to relax myself in this hotel. The staffs provides easy & professional service, feeling being well looked after in this property. Upon check-in, i could refresh myself with unlimited complimentary two types of iced tea and cookies, surely most hotels doesn't provide this. I slept peacefully day as well as night as the environment is always very quiet inside and around the hotel. I love the bed coz it's specially comfortable. I had my dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, it was all a few seafood dishes, i must say that the Chef truly emphasizes on quality and visual/presentation. After dinner my 4 friends and i went for karaoke which is right next to the hotel, very convenient indeed. I came across Mr. Avi, the lobby manager, we chatted for a while, he told me that he has been serving in this hotel for the past 8 years. Wow! I've been to quite a few hotel in China, surely never came across a foreigner working for so long in a hotel. This guy speaks 6 different languages, including Chinese mandarin. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends who'll want to travel to Anji.
