房間很滿意，服務也很熱情，因為考試訂的這家，免費延遲了退房時間，就是空調不制熱，原因怕空調主機聲音大影響睡覺，但是也是很貼心的送上了小太陽，房間窗户隔音還算可以，過道的聲音有點大，房間的電話用不了，還是需要用自己的手機打到前台，最後早餐很好吃😋

拉胯，拉垮的不能再拉胯了，我定了14號和15號兩晚上，14號那天晚上的前台和保安大叔都挺好的服務態度特別好有什麼問題也會及時解決，但是15號真的不想多説，我的房間在十三樓，下午三點的時候樓上14樓就出現了咚咚咚的叮東西的聲音，我本來以為是酒店在施工便給酒店的攜程賬號發起短訊但是一直沒有回覆我，隨後我便給攜程客服發了消息攜程客服立馬找到酒店處理，酒店説是隔壁單位在施工已經去溝通處理。當時消停了一會後下午四點又開始出現咚咚咚的砸東西的聲音，我這裏錄的有視頻大家可以看看，然後我又去找了攜程客服過了一會才得到處理，16號公務員考試15號住着真的是備受煎熬，老有這種噪音過來幹擾，還有我想問下既然説是隔壁施工為什麼我的聲源來自樓上的房間?希望酒店能給出一個合理的解釋
