Facilities: The facilities are a bit basic, as it's an older building. There are 6-7 steps up to the first floor, which can be quite inconvenient if you have luggage. Hygiene: Excellent hygiene, very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is bustling with businesses, and it's only 500 meters from the pedestrian street with many dining options. ASPAVA is highly recommended – just don't over-order, as they provide plenty of complimentary salads, snacks, yogurt soup, etc. Service: Hotel service is good, and the breakfast is a plentiful standard Turkish breakfast.

Service was poor. They didn't offer bottled water proactively, nor did they clean the room unless requested. The only upside was the decent courtyard, but the room itself was tiny.

The courtyard environment is very nice, but the room is small and the service is unprofessional. We had to ask for bottled water, and the room wasn't cleaned proactively or in a timely manner.

The hotel is quite new, and the staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The breakfast is incredibly rich and the dining environment is excellent. Plus, they start serving breakfast at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for me as I hadn't fully adjusted to the time difference yet. The only downside: the hotel's toiletries aren't great.
