The hotel is located in a residential area. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good. The breakfast is average, but it is worth the price. The worst thing is the bathroom, which is cramped and smells bad. Slept very poorly.

Ein kleines Hotel mit ordentlichen Zimmern und nur 100 Meter vom Eingang zur Metro.
Rundherum viele kleine Restaurants, Supermarkt usw.
Zum Frühstück geht es in das Untergeschoss, wo der Aufzug nicht hinfahren kann.
Das ist gar kein Problem, aber für manche Menschen natürlich sehr wichtig.
Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet ist frisch und liebevoll gemacht. Eine warme Speise wechselt auch jeden Tag.
Für den Preis eine sehr vernünftige Leistung

I was surprised to read the positive comments about this hotel. It is the worst and most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. The room door does not close, the air conditioner does not work, it does not open so that the natural gas does not burn too much. When you ask for an extra duvet or blanket to avoid freezing, you are told "no". Everything in the room is so dirty that you have to hold the phone with a tissue to call the reception. It is a very old, neglected and superficially cleaned hotel. I would say never go near it!!!
