The location is right on the city centre, and that is the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel itself is very old and desperately need an update. The room was not cleaned properly and the towels are dirty. The breakfast is horrible. Even the bread are not fresh. Staff do not speak English and they paid little attention to your needs. It is definitely not four star. I think they charge the high price because of the location.

Hard to comment on this one - as there was an issue with my booking, that Trip.com tried to help with, but the hotel wouldn't engage on. I ended to paying for the room, but not being able to stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel for 9000DA a night was a big disappointment. Dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom with poor drainage, and a persistent smoke smell in the room made for an uncomfortable experience. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the lack of soundproofing meant zero privacy. Breakfast was subpar. For the price, this hotel is a terrible value and I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere for a better stay.

We spent two nights in a lovely, spacious room with a very comfortable, firm bed, a sofa, two large chairs and a nice bathroom. We had two windowed doors overlooking the main boulevard with its lively plaza. The windows limit the noise, but everything quiets down anyway by 9pm. The hotel is conveniently located for walking and exploring the old town and for driving to the ruins and basilica. The staff is very nice. The adequate breakfast is continental, with just hard-boiled eggs and cheese, breads and pastries. The main issue is that the wi-fi does not work, but we were able to use our phones as hot-spots.

Hotel in the heart of the town of Annaba. Close to the port and the train station. Very clean and modern hotel. Spacious room with balcony with all amenities (TV. Fridge. Wifi. Air conditioning......) parking available. Varied and rich breakfast to enjoy outdoors on a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. Double room price 9000 DA.

TO FLEE ! The hotel has a beautiful front but the interior... is completely dated and poorly maintained. The rooms were horrible, we had to visit 2 different rooms to agree to put our things down because it stank everywhere, even the common areas smell damp and musty. As soon as we set down, we realized that the room we had (103) smelled of cold cigarettes, cigarette holes in the sheets, towels with brown stains (?🤢🤢), broken shower door, dozens of mosquitoes that I struggled to chase away and the reception unable to give me an anti-mosquito outlet, a TV that doesn't work, a trash can without a receptacle... but who dares to charge for a room like that??? in short, a rat hole, a casual hotel… if you are married and want to spend a night with your escort, this is the right place 😉 this is the only type of client I saw in this hotel. Really horrible shame that we have to give 1 ⭐️ because it deserves -10000 stars. We wanted to leave the hotel that same evening because it was too disgusting, the man at reception (tall with glasses) spoke to us very badly and didn't even try to change rooms for us, we were so left (without being reimbursed) and Al Hamdulillah I didn't sleep in this thing.
