It's pretty good. After a night club at Jinfang Hot Spring, I came here for a price-performance ratio. Kunming is cold, and the hotel has air conditioning. Overall, it's good, and parking is convenient. The breakfast is a little less than ideal.

Convenient transportation, grand lobby, high-end feeling, but the corridor was very dark when checking in, the facilities in the room were old, there were only 4 bottles of water and 4 bags of tea, not even instant coffee! The gym equipment is rubbish, the breakfast has few varieties and is not worthy of the price, the laundry room is not open, the hot springs are few and average, the room environment and service are okay, overall it is not worth the price.

It was 4 degrees outside at night. I asked the front desk and they said the air conditioner could be turned on for heating, but it wouldn't work. After half an hour of struggling, they called someone to come and they said the air conditioner couldn't be turned on for heating. The shower water was small and not hot, and the room was ice cold. I caught a cold and my friend had diarrhea. The lights in the bathroom went out automatically every ten minutes or so and had to be turned back on manually. I called the engineering staff and they said it was because of unstable voltage and there was no way to fix it. I don't know why this hotel still has five diamonds on Ctrip.
