前台服務員態度及其惡厲，那個兇法哦不曉得勒人怕以為這個破賓館是你開的，自己沒給隨行客人説清楚，還打起電話來吼，攆客人，走南闖北第一次遇見，絕了，真的是丟雲南人的臉！誰住誰倒黴，還有，這個賓館絕對有一樓是在**，那個麻將聲一晚到亮，而且，每個進去的人必須刷卡，喜歡點外賣的千萬別住

從來不主動評論什麼的，這次是真的太糟糕了，給我們開了一個四樓的房間，一開門，地上好幾衹蟑螂，死的活的都有，已經是第二次在這個酒店房間出現蟑螂了，後面打電話到前台説明，下樓換房間，才得知前台工作人員早就知道四樓房間有蟑螂，還是給我們開了四樓的房間，就很費解，後面我們在房間沒多久，有工作人員來敲門告知由於我第二次發現蟑螂，深表歉意，當天的房費給我們免單作為補償，當時太晚了就答應第二天早上退房的時候辦理，結果第二天早上退房的時候換了一個工作人員，我們才開口説了一句不是説給我們免單嘛，那前台很不耐煩的回了一句已經過時了，退不了。態度極其惡劣，聽起來就讓人很不舒服，本來住了很多次的，雖然有很多不滿意的地方，但有個前台還挺客氣的，所以一直在這裏訂房，這次以後是堅決不會考慮了！
