Is it not as good as Atour service from other places? After coming, I let go of my worries. The lady at the front desk helped me check in very professionally. When I got to the room, she called me to ask if I was satisfied with the room. The aunties clean the room very meticulously every day. As a person with a slight mysophobia, I really enjoy it. The security uncles will also deliver meals to the room when the food delivery robot is busy. It was my first time to take the exam in Anqing. Anqing is really a great place. Professional Atour, with such a group of professional staff, is even better!"

"I came to Anqing for the National Day holiday and found cockroaches in my room. It was the first time I'd ever encountered such shiny, greasy cockroaches 🪳, and there were several of them. The cleaning was also very poor; the sink was filled with either dust or rust. Even though it was a newly renovated hotel, the room was close to the street, and there was the sound of electric scooters honking at 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I woke up several times throughout the night. I had planned to stay for a few days, but I changed hotels the next morning."

Checking out was in a hurry. I clearly forgot my Gucci scarf in the room. A few hours later, I called to ask if there was a scarf, and the front desk said no, so I had to admit that I was unlucky."

When I came to clean, I saw that we had brought charging cables for our mobile phones. They even arranged the charging cables with a cable organizer for us. The children vomited after eating too much at night. They changed the quilt for us in a timely manner, and also helped us with other things such as hot meals and small blankets for the children. If you come to Anqing, I recommend staying here, great!"
