Royale Suites by Arc Royal Luxury Apts

The actual view is exactly as shown in the photo. It was advertised as having a mountain view. While there are mountains in the distance, from the windows you mainly see the roof of the neighboring building. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and it's close to the beach, shops, and cafes. The cleaning isn't very thorough. After stepping out onto the balcony, my feet were dark. Overall, we're happy with the apartment.

We loved everything. We had a studio room for three. It has a large hallway with a kitchen that opens into the room. It has a double bed, a sofa, and a cot for the child. The bathroom is huge. A large balcony with a clothes dryer... Everything is clean and new. Very friendly staff! There's a currency exchange right below the balcony, which was open even on a holiday! There's a shower right before the building entrance – you can wash the sand off your feet. It's a bit unusual for Seychelles, where we've previously lived in small houses, to live like a Seychelles resident. :) Downstairs, cars drive up to the store and other offices. So, it's not completely quiet during the day. It's ok in the evening. The lights turn on beautifully in the evening. The beach is a short walk down the path, and then turn left for a better spot. There's a delicious takeaway Ole right next to the road. And there's a supermarket on the right with a good selection. They have yogurts, cheeses, and some meats (we didn't buy any, especially at the takeaway).

Wonderful apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. There's a kitchen and all the necessary utensils. Freshly renovated, the room is spotlessly clean. Great location, with cafes and shops within walking distance. The ocean is a 7-minute walk away. I'll always stay here!

It's right across from the University of Seychelles and very close to the Royal Beach. The Ole restaurant at the intersection is very affordable and their homemade chutney is delicious. The room was very large. The two bedrooms in the suite were spacious and bright, both with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenware, washing machines, and everything else. The service was also excellent. Christain let us check out late and even booked a taxi for us.

Large apartment with a kitchen and grocery store downstairs. Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk away.

New apartments, we had 2 bedrooms and a living room, there are air conditioners everywhere. Clean linen. There is everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes. The location is right in the center, everything is around, close to the beach. The woman at the reception was very friendly, she told and explained everything. They gave me a bunch of towels and blankets. We checked in at 12 and calmly let us check out around 13. If only the cleaning had been improved a little, it would have been 5 out of 5 (although it was clear that the floor had been wiped), and I would have bought better toothbrush holders
