## Review **Facilities:** The hotel is a completely self-contained area. After parking, you need a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The entire room was designed like a townhouse, very private. Before check-in, the butler sent a list of the hotel's entertainment activities. Since it was winter, there weren't many activities available. We tried a pottery class, saw deer and capybaras, and also made a detour to Qingshui Bay (at our own expense) for a body scrub. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean. Before using the private hot spring pool, you can ask the cleaning staff to re-clean it, which provides great peace of mind. Soaking in the misty hot spring and relaxing your mind and body is truly a wonderful treat. **Environment:** The hotel exclusively occupies a mountainous area with fresh and pleasant air. Whether it's an evening stroll after dinner or a leisurely walk in the garden in the early morning, it's refreshing and truly makes the trip worthwhile. **Service:** The staff were friendly, often greeting us when we met, and promptly responded to and handled any issues we had, which significantly enhanced the overall stay. **Overall:** This was an almost perfect stay. The private and peaceful environment coupled with meticulous and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly comfortable. I'm looking forward to the future treehouse room types!

The rooms were generally very clean, and check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick. Both the indoor and outdoor soaking tubs were spotless.

Recommended by a friend, this was my first stay at Clear Water Bay. I stayed in room 3005, a small villa with an outdoor hot tub. The overall environment was comfortable and clean. I'd like to commend the housekeeping staff for their excellent service; they were very prompt in bringing extra towels and were polite and service-oriented throughout. I'd definitely recommend it... Due to my schedule, I didn't get to eat at the restaurant. I ordered room service, which had a 12 yuan delivery fee, and the dishes I tried were all very good. The prices were typical for a mid-to-high-range hotel, not expensive! Overall, it was a great experience, thumbs up! 👍🏻

This time, I stayed at the newly opened "Shan Na Bian" (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air. **Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities. **Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance. **Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing. **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good.

She explained the room location, hotel facilities, and even introduced the hot spring area's offerings. She was absolutely wonderful! Overall, an excellent experience. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Liu Xiaoda, the manager of the third-floor restaurant. Initially, I had a slight disagreement with a server when ordering, but the manager immediately stepped in to resolve it. She personally went to the kitchen to follow up on each dish and ensured they were served promptly. She's incredibly warm-hearted, responsible, and a manager who truly takes charge. With a restaurant manager like her, how could this hotel not be popular? She genuinely pays attention to every customer's subtle expressions. Thank you very much! We thoroughly enjoyed the food and entertainment. The hotel room was also very clean.

They also provided complimentary bottled water if we ran out. **3. Hot Springs:** * **Pros:** If you're a guest, you get unlimited access to the hot springs daily. They also offer complimentary fruit and drinking water at the hot springs area. The water quality was crystal clear, and there were many different pools. * **Cons:** The hot spring pools are all outdoors, and there's no enclosed walkway connecting them. When it's cold outside, it can be quite chilly walking between pools, so I'd recommend visiting in spring or autumn. **4. Dining:** Breakfast was good. You can also order lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious with refined dishes. Since the hotel is quite secluded with no good restaurants nearby (mostly local farm-style eateries), I'd recommend having lunch and dinner at the hotel, though it is a bit on the pricey side.

This time, we switched to a twin room with tatami mats, which could be put together. However, the second floor didn't seem to get as much natural light as the floors above. Before the heating was on, the air conditioning only provided warmth at night. Once the heating started, it got much warmer. It wasn't crowded, and we had a great time. The late-night snacks were good too. The breakfast had a rich variety, though it would be even better if the noodle station auntie wasn't so serious. The front desk lady with short hair, who I assume is the manager, was very nice. The young auntie at the children's play area clearly seemed to be a professional early childhood educator; she was friendly and kind, and the kids loved her.

Next time I visit Qianshan, I'll definitely choose a hot spring hotel. Clearwater Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. The hot spring pools had great water quality, and the staff were warm and responsible. The room was spacious, and breakfast was plentiful.

The night view is beautiful, with dazzling lights! There's a ball pit for kids, and a small, but decent, soft play area in the leisure zone, which is great for families with children. The breakfast is plentiful, and the dishes taste great! We stayed for two days, and the stir-fries were different every day. I do have a small suggestion for the hotel. While it's marketed as a family-friendly hotel, the rooms don't provide children's toothbrushes or bathrobes. Adults can change in their rooms and go to the hot spring area in their bathrobes, but kids only have towels, making them prone to catching a cold. I suggest the hotel provides children's slippers and bathrobes for rooms that need them. Many hotels in the south, even if they aren't specifically family rooms, provide children's amenities when they see guests with kids. I wish the hotel prosperous business and continued success!
