Homeinn Ripple Hotel (Anshan Railway Station)

I have to give a shout-out to the front desk lady! I forgot my charger when I checked in, and they immediately borrowed me an adapter and even asked if I wanted a bottle of mineral water delivered to my room. I was in a hurry when I checked out, and they even expedited the process, even noting I'd left my headphones behind. Such thoughtful service!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The warm lighting and elegant decor immediately captivated me upon entering the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and they even offered helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was even more impressive: spotlessly clean, warmly and comfortably furnished, the bedding soft and comfortable, and I had a wonderfully restful sleep. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is also fantastic, with the train station and shopping mall nearby, making it very convenient for both travel and shopping. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for my next trip!

This hotel is incredibly affordable! The cleanliness was amazing, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature. The service was incredibly responsive; items were delivered within minutes of ordering, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the surrounding area was convenient for dining and shopping. I felt incredibly comfortable staying here for a few days and highly recommend it to everyone!

It's great value for money, but that's about it. It's a bit old-fashioned, and the breakfast noodles don't have any toppings, just salt and soy sauce, which isn't very tasty. It would be nice if they provided some chopped green onions and cilantro.

位置很方便，酒店裡香香的，但是大堂裏不禁煙，有時候會有人抽煙。房間比較舊地板沒有特別嚴絲合縫，應該是老酒店翻新的，但是我不太在意這些，所以入住體驗還不錯。前台服務態度很好。

這裏儘管是連鎖型酒店但是服務意識是住到現在為止最差的 設施一般 其他尚可 價位：價格實惠 攜寵需100塊按金（可退） 位置：步行過天橋即華潤萬象滙商場 購物餐廳一體式很方便 地理位置優越 導航標誌清晰 但是停車不方便（門口單行道且僅十個左右人行道上劃線停車位） 衞生：床品乾淨舒適 整體乾淨整潔 服務：住到現在連鎖型酒店的話術禮儀讓人不適的-2（1️⃣前台接待不清楚是不是我帶了寵物的關係 前台接待人員一臉欠多還少表情 2️⃣不能延遲退房可以理解 但是提前半小時就打電話催退房就有點噁心了） 酒店設施一般 無全屋智能家居-0.2 也沒有智能馬桶-0.3 無智能電視機-0.5 雖有無障礙設施但是僅一台電梯退房前根本搭不上 好在其能源設備給力（水恆温且大 空調也很熱） 舒適度：整體簡約設計 房間比較緊湊 床墊舒適 不過美中不足的是隔音效果差 每次敲別人門都感覺在敲自己的會去開-0.2 餐飲：有提供餐食和送餐服務 不過我沒吃也不與評價 加分項：無房型升級也無延遲退房 有洗衣機+0.5 減分項：儘管有禁煙標誌 但是樓道內仍有煙客抽煙-0.5 這裏大堂保安還會泰然自若地坐大廳抽煙 一言難盡-0.5

酒店環境不錯，多次入住交通方便。

整體服務和環境還是很不錯的，電視打不開找前台非常快速地解決了問題，很給力，床很舒服，也贈送了兩瓶礦泉水，衞生間洗手液，毛巾之類的洗漱用品都配備齊全。 但是也存在一些小問題，第一個是衞生間沒有提供一次性的馬桶套，讓我着實很奇怪，還以為是丟了結果是沒有；第二個問題就是隔音問題，隔音效果真不行，隔壁的人半夜打呼嚕聽的挺清楚的，雖然不影響睡覺，但是白天如果説話大一點聲的話，估計隔壁都能聽的一清二楚。 這些都是一些小問題，總體而言，住的還是相當順心的，被褥什麼的打理的都很乾凈，wife找前台也可以連接，床特別彈，如果是需要住酒店，我仍舊比較推薦這家。
