The hotel is in a residential area, not far from the seaside and the old town, about 1 km.
The hotel provides mineral water and the health condition is acceptable. The breakfast is not rich but it is enough.

Booked a deluxe, they tried to sell me a room with a terrible window and a closet that covered half the window (206, I think)
They try to do this every time (I've stayed with them before)
Everything in the rooms is old, but generally working. It's very dirty around, it used to be better. There is underground parking - that's a plus.

Great new hotel, everything is very well done. Very good location next to the observation deck of the old port. Everything is close, and at the same time the hotel is in a quiet place. I highly recommend it, the price is super.
