The room was great, and the front desk service was very attentive. It's a bit inconvenient to push luggage carts up from the parking lot, so the staff were excellent and directly helped us push them all the way upstairs. Staff members Adil and Berkin were especially wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great location, with a Watsons nearby. It felt pretty much like a standard budget hotel back home at first. But after staying at a few other hotels, I realized this one was actually quite good, especially in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing. The breakfast, however, was just okay.

The hotel was nice and quiet also super comfortable bed, only thing is the breakfast is a bit sucks.

The gym was pretty ****, you can't call that a gym. It's a ******* joke. Another thing that was bad was the breakfast buffet, not impressed at all. I am surprised how this hotel is a 4-star hotel. Another thing that was bad was the lighting in the room, it feels so dark in there. ALSO THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A TRASHBIN other than one in the toilet!!! The Location of the Hotel is the Highlight which is in the Middle of the City.You can relax when you are in the Room and when you come down everything is available in the City within 5 Mins Walking. The Restaurant Staff especially the Manager he gave us the best Customer Service.Other staff to learn from him.

The location is excellent, right by the roadside with convenient parking. Valet parking is available. The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, meeting three-star standards. The price is also quite reasonable.

It's a large hotel, but a bit old. There were no blankets, only one quilt for sleeping, which was a little inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, and the service was quite good. Everything else was fine. The location was also acceptable.

The hotel is located in an average location, not in the city center, and the underground parking garage has only 6 parking spaces. Thanks to the parking attendant Faik, every time we handed over the car keys, he would park the car. When we wanted to go out, he would also drive the car out of the garage, and it was very difficult for us to drive it ourselves. Yusuf at the front desk was also very good. What the location lacks, the hotel service makes up for.
