Good budget hotel , decent for the price but not managed well. Reception is empty most of the time , aircon didn't work well. Breakfast is poorish. Stay if you don't have any other choice

The personal is not very fast to react on the asking to fix the problems. So in wc was stinking odor, toilet bowl has water leak, some lamps doesn't work and room cleaning was not each day. The rest was ok for this budget.

The hotel is old and there are no facilities, the room is not clean.

Nice simple hotel, has everything you need, clean rooms. There is a shop, restaurants, cafes nearby. 5 minutes to the sea. I'll be back again

There is construction going on next to the hotel, every day noise from 9 am to 5 pm. I think it will go all 2023. I do not recommend the hotel. On the other side is a kindergarten where children make noise. Poor breakfast, no lunch, dinner very small portions.

I've stayed there for 15 nights. Cozy and quiet hotel. Very friendly staff and family atmosphere. Everyday cleaning, new air conditioning, hot water 24/7. But most of all I loved the supper time- it was something new everyday. Very yammy! I recommend this hotel. You'll get maximum comfort for its price.

We stayed at the hotel as a couple in February 2024, we liked everything, the price and quality matched. We took the hotel for an overnight stay and dinner/breakfast, as there was a busy tourist program. Friendly staff, cozy, calm, 5 minutes from the sea. Very tasty food, especially dinners, enough for me and my boyfriend to last the whole day, the portions were filling. It’s very nice that the hotel has Vedat, who speaks and understands Russian, if you have problems with English, then you should definitely choose this hotel! A responsive person, he helps us exchange money at the hotel at a good rate (as in good exchange offices), answers all questions and even asks us to call him if we get lost or lost somewhere, real hospitality and care! When we checked out of the hotel, he offered us tea, coffee, and boiling water before leaving! I would especially like to thank the employee Omesha, he was very friendly and attentive, he checked us in early in the morning, he knows a few words in Russian, but he communicated with us through a translator, at dinner he brought us soups and hot dishes, he always said “bon appetit”, “good morning”, etc. d" We were leaving at night at 2.30 for an excursion and Omesh ran out with a lunch box to us, we were in a hurry, but we ordered a lunch box (packed rations) for the excursion in advance and he did not sleep, he was waiting to give us something to eat on the road! Many write negatively about early check-in, but in all hotels this service is paid, it is absolutely normal that they may offer you either to purchase such a service or tell you to wait until 14.00. As for the refrigerator in the room, it was old, but it worked, it did its job, we used it absolutely free. In February the hotel is cool, but if you set the air conditioner correctly, it will warm the room well. As for breakfast, the range is practically the same, there are minor changes in the form of greens or chocolate cake. But this is a traditional Turkish breakfast, it’s like this in many places, we visited different cities and they fed us there + - it’s also great that the hotel has a buffet and you can take as much as you want. Dinners are made with love, hearty, traditional and beautiful. The views are unreal nearby, a beautiful pebble beach and mountains! There are a lot of cats in the hotel itself, which is great for cat lovers, but if you have allergies, then keep this in mind. Well, a small minus for us is the early dinner from 17.00 to 19.00; previously they indicated a more comfortable time. Due to traveling around the city and country, we did not always have time for dinner. The hotel street is quiet, small, noiseless. Everything was great! I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel manager Vedat and everyone who works at this hotel for a good holiday, for comfort and delicious food. I read a lot of reviews before my vacation and it turned out that it was all complete nonsense... A very good small hotel, almost family-run. The furniture is new, the rooms are large and bright, the balcony is also not small. The water from the tap is hot even in the morning... There is an elevator to 3 floors, which is absolutely cool. As soon as I entered the hotel, I immediately smelled Turkish coffee... I was immediately given coffee ..We checked in after 13.00, but this is the case everywhere, so we immediately went to the sea. Of course, there are also small disadvantages, but this is more likely the life around us, and not a hotel... Somewhere a dog is barking, cats are fighting, birds are singing incessantly... But in general everything is calm and smooth, we didn’t even turn on the TV.. There is a store nearby Shock. behind which there is a large market on weekends. .And about 7 minutes to the sea. We walked constantly and went to all the sights, just by bus. I liked it!!!!!!!. And if there is an opportunity, I will definitely come back here.

About the hotel: Not the worst three ruble. The rooms are cozy, the water was hot, the air conditioner worked perfectly. If you don’t sit in your room for days, it’s completely satisfying. There is a refrigerator, a work space, a closet and a couple of bedside tables. There was a balcony, but it was very small. About the food: the breakfast is modest compared to other hotels where we stayed. Dinner generally has the same name, the portions are small, we didn’t have enough. As a result, we dined on the side and bought food for ourselves for dinner. Location: Konealty is not the best area, but of course it’s close to the beach. But this is the crowded part. It turns out that in order to get somewhere you have to go. This is not about Lara and the center, but even in this area it’s a bit far from the attractions, and also from the mountain. Specifically around the hotel there is construction in the neighboring villa, and the streets are pleasant, a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Bottom line: we can live, but it turned out to be not profitable for us. We paid 190 USD for a week, a room for two (without flights, since we are already here). Food is more of a minus for us than a plus. The room is a plus, the location is a minus (since if there are no attractions in your area within walking distance, what’s the point of it, you can spend money on travel while living in another, more successful area). Our result is not worth the money. I think 130 USD would be an adequate cost for the hotel and its meals. P.S For breakfast there is tea and boiling water, but after that it’s only for money. They don’t even allow you to take a thermos with you for breakfast, like Rei here. There is no kettle in the room, boiling water is available in the dining room for money. The director of the hotel is a man of questionable politeness, making sure that no one takes advantage of something for free that you can take money for.

Let's be objective - the hotel is a budget hotel, prices are in the lower range, so you shouldn't expect fantastic service and beyond the conditions. BUT the hotel as a whole is not bad, the rooms, although simple and with questions, are clean, the bed linen is fresh, I didn’t notice any insects. Breakfast is simple, you can fill up completely. Coffee from the machine. The elevator is working. I lived with my family for two days before moving into the apartment, Benna was like a transit hotel, everything suited me in terms of price-quality ratio. The manager, Vedat, is friendly, speaks good Russian, sometimes gets into politics, but is neutral)) he doesn’t increase prices, no one tried to deceive me. I give it a solid 4

I always went to 4-5* on an all-inclusive trip to Turkey, but then I had to be traveling on business in Antalya for 4 days, and found the Benna Hotel in the city right next to the beach in the Konyaalti area for half board. It turned out to be a surprisingly cozy and cute hotel on a quiet, picturesque flower street. A homely, inviting atmosphere is created by the administrators Vedat, his deputy. Lobster and the female cook. Very quiet, no loud music, animation, etc. Everything is clean, despite the old furniture and buildings. Maids clean daily. The rooms are standard, about 16 m2, everything is there: safe, refrigerator, TV, balcony with 2 plastic chairs. There is even a hairdryer in the shower (the shower itself is small, but clean, everything works), there is no bidet, no shampoo, etc. (only a dispenser with gel, perhaps this is shampoo). In general, for 2* it is very good, considering the amazing location: 5 minutes to the beach, around the corner of the street there is a market (on Sundays - a clothing market), various minimarkets. 5 minutes through the park - exit to the central street Ataturk Boulevard, where you can take buses and get to the popular Sarysu beach with a barbecue park or to various mega malls for shopping. The food was good, no frills, little fruit, but I was always full. I didn’t even think that I would want to come here again!!!))) Thank you!
