I paid for a room with 2 adults on Trip.com but was made to pay an extra 750 Turkish Lira because one of the adults was a Turkish citizen. This is terribly poor and nonsensical service.

Everything was good

Firstly, we arrived late at night, we called the reception and asked if they had parking as one of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to it mentioning there is parking close by plus concierge service. He said there is no parking and we aren't allowed with a car in the area the hotel is located which was not true. We asked for WhatsApp so they could send us the closest parking lot location but this also wasn't an option according to them. We ended up parking 10 minutes away and having to lug 3 suitcases and other carry on luggage, it was very unpleasant and quite a task walking with all those things. We mentioned this issue when we arrived quite frustrated and were met with a rude reply. In the room the shower took a while to heat up, sink only had cold water, there are no basic amenities except soap and towels. The bed only has a thin towel style cloth over it as a duvet, so there are also no duvets. The AC is very old and the curtains do not fit the window, so you get a lot of lighting in the morning and also at night. We used the shower and the end shower head holder ended up falling off and breaking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it's very expensive for what you receive, definitely not worth the money and should only be considered as a final option if you have no where else to stay or are staying for just a night.

Everything is good! The reception staff is very polite and nice, they speak a little Russian. The room is clean and cozy. The air conditioner works. There was no refrigerator in my room. The repair is good. The shower is excellent. The water is hot and cold with very good pressure. The room has an electric kettle, two mugs, two coffee bags and two tea bags, sugar. The hotel is in the old part of the city, I specifically wanted to stay there. I really like the old city. There are more than enough dishes for breakfast, see the photo. Drinks: Turkish tea (not bags), instant coffee, milk and juice. The view from the terrace where breakfast is held is amazing, you don't want to leave.

Good location - inside the old town, near bus stops and Migros store. Very small sink, and in general, the bathroom is not very good. Air conditioning worked properly. For its price it is quite normal.

The hotel is located in the old town of Antalya city center. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. It was very convenient for the two of us to stay in Antalya for three nights.

Facilities: The room is a bit small, but it is enough to store luggage and sleep, after all, every inch of land is expensive. The facilities are average, but the cooling effect of the air conditioner is still very good, and the sound insulation is slightly worse. Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic. Environment: The commercial street is just outside the door, very convenient, five minutes to Hadrian's Gate, ten minutes to the pier, and only a few minutes away from the tram station, very good. You can enjoy the scenery on the rooftop upstairs, and the sunrise is really beautiful. Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and actively introduces Antalya's tourist attractions and informs you of the precautions for check-in. I will consider this place next time.
